The advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, being close to both the station and Times Square. Although the room was small, it was fairly practical.
On the downside, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Depending on the direction of the room, it can be very noisy — in our case, it was so loud at night that we couldn’t sleep. We could still hear the party music from a nearby bar！？ past 1 a.m., which was really disturbing.
Another issue was breakfast. Other guests had also mentioned this before. Even though we booked a plan that clearly included breakfast, the front desk initially told us it wasn’t included. Only after reconfirming did they admit it was. However, their so-called “breakfast” was nothing more than a few simple pre-packaged snacks (as mentioned by other guests), which you had to pick up yourself to take away. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was not very friendly.

Everything was great except service levels, no sincere attempt at early check in, not what I expected from a Marriott hotel

The hotel is quite clean (the towels have a little taste) and then it is not suitable for people other than non-couples or girlfriends to come together lol because there is no shelf in the bathroom. It will be a little embarrassing to change it!
Breakfast/water or fruit will be given downstairs in the hotel, and the security check is quite strict. Girls can rest assured!

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

The room is too small to put the suitcase in, and no disposable slippers are provided.

Still very good, just next to the No. 9 dormitory building of New York University, convenient!

Moxy Frankfurt City Center is a great choice for anyone who wants to stay right in the heart of Frankfurt.

The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk from Zeil shopping street and lots of local cafés. 
In additional, you can walk to most of Frankfurt’s highlights.

The front desk staff were outstanding — warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth

The hotel is located about 1 km from the subway station, which is a 15-20 minute walk. The room size was adequate, but amenities were basic, lacking a kettle and a microwave. The soundproofing wasn't great either; loud conversations from neighbors upstairs, downstairs, or next door were quite audible. However, the cleanliness was consistently very good. But honestly, for less than 50 euros, what more could you really ask for? At such an unbeatable price, minor flaws are easily overlooked. The hotel also features an on-site gym, which is a fantastic bonus. It's truly a king of value for money.

Good stay, the hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. Room are clean and nice, a bit small, no problem with noise. Some restaurants and supermarket also close by. Breakfast buffet a bit small and busy.

The room was spotless. As a chain hotel, it consistently delivers excellent service and cleanliness. The facilities are modern and advanced. I particularly loved the reception area on the first floor, which boasts a very stylish and contemporary design.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed.
The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the experience even better. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and welcoming.
I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are a credit to this hotel chain, they were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely and modern and had all amenities. The room is so nice and has the most comfortable bed and a large tv. 
I even enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and was wished a happy birthday from two of the staff. Such a lovely touch to my stay. Can’t wait to visit again

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located — very to everything, which made getting around London super easy.

The highlight for us was the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made us feel comfortable and at home.

The hotel has a warm, cozy atmosphere and the rooms are clean. One small thing to note is that you need to request daily room cleaning, as it’s not done automatically. Also, when booking, it’s not clearly mentioned that a security deposit is required in case of any room damage.

Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would happily come back every time I visit London.
