One of the highlights of our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan was definitely the lounge experience. The lounge staff were all fantastic - warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and remembering small preferences, which made the experience feel very personal.

The service was consistent throughout, whether during breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. It really elevated the overall stay and made us feel well taken care of. A big thank you to the lounge team for their exceptional hospitality - we'll definitely be looking forward to coming back.

The rooms were another standout feature.. spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and everything was kept spotless. Combined with the luxurious amenities, it made unwinding after a long day effortless.

This Ritz-Carlton is the only one in the world where all guests have access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is open 24/7 and offers a wide variety of food, making it the best among all the luxury hotels with executive lounges I've stayed at in Jakarta. The rooms were renovated a few years ago, so everything still looks well-maintained. The staff are polite and provide thoughtful service. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Booked 1 bedroom residence for the family. The bed is really comfy and huge. The apartment has a nice small balcony from the bedroom, washing machine dryer and kitchenette. I enjoyed my amazing view as we stayed over new year. We could see all the fireworks and the changing lights of Citibank. Location is great as Pacific place is accessible from the hotel lobby. Only thing is if you GRAB food, they find it hard to deliver to the hotel but manageable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect Holiday

Trip.com was excellent, handling all issues throughout and guaranteeing the lowest price globally. 

The hotel has an old money vibe, and the wet sauna was particularly great. 

The honeymoon suite was fantastic. 

Breakfast was quite good. 

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.

At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.

A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.

The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.

The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.

Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.

In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.

Neat, comfortable, safe, excellent location

Overall a nice stay with a few hiccups along the way. •Beautiful room but the AC wasn’t blowing cool air as needed, but I was provided an option to move or a large fan for my room~ thank you. As a complimentary thank you a beautiful bottle of champagne was sent to my room. I appreciate that gesture. 
•Breakfast was delicious. 
•When calling a car, plan to wait as the que can take awhile due to the central location. ( watch your time)

They gave us an ideal room with a view of the Pearl Tower! The service was excellent; they really went out of their way to help us due to our flight cancellation because of a typhoon. At the reception, there were Russian-speaking hostesses, and the local hostesses also spoke decent English.

The rooms truly felt like heavy luxury! Everything worked perfectly.

On the downside, breakfast was very specifically Chinese, you really had to pick and choose what to eat to avoid food you weren't accustomed to. Also, the hotel allegedly miscalculated our stay twice, increasing the cost retroactively each time. Another unpleasant detail is that booking this hotel through Trip.com is considered a pre-booking, and you will effectively be charged twice at the hotel itself, plus a deposit for your stay. The pre-booking amount will only be refunded a few days after checkout – just be prepared for this.
