Great hotel facing the bay but not direct view to the diamond bridge..in fact we can enjoy drone show and thats why i booked here and its the peak season in Busan, all hotel price was fly high. Sadly we didnt enjoy the drone show due to the show delay on 12/6 in other venue. We hope we have more time spending in Gwangan. Definately will choose Gwangan stay next time if back to Busan again. Easy to find the hotel, with lift and front counter (there is few staircase step before reach lift). clean and everything is so perfect. Evian water, kiels shampoo, bath gel smell so good, coffee machine, dyson hair dryer. Breakfast is superb even though no restaurant in the hotel, with drinks and fruit (advice hotel to put a bit far from the door, hard to open the door bcos the breakfast package put too close) . We allow to get breakfast early as the ktx schedule was 8.30am. We allow to put luggage at the lobby before check-in time. There is a Spa pool very big with great view. Toilet and bathroom is separate, but is a see thru bathroom from spa pool and toilet. If u stay with friend who dont mind then ok, we didnt get twin bed but our room is kingsize spacious enough. With multiple/international socket point, TV, hanger, safebox. The room finishing with good quality doesnt smell weird. We have a nice sleep and we don't heard any voice from outside.

First off, the owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. I had to change my reservation, and they handled it so graciously. What's more, it's more spacious than a capsule hotel, and instead of partitions, the private rooms are separated by actual walls. The facilities are brand new and absolutely excellent. I highly recommend it, especially for business travelers and solo adventurers.

I'd stayed in a similar guesthouse before, so I knew what to expect and was quite fine with it this time. Don't go in expecting a standard hotel, especially given the price. If you have high standards, you're better off booking a proper hotel.

Absolutely beautiful, a truly wonderful stay. The environment is fantastic, and the aesthetic is top-notch. It's located near Gwangalli, so you can enjoy views of Gwangandaegyo Bridge. They even offer a meditation experience. Five stars all around!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and our experience was overwhelmingly positive. I want to start with the location — the hotel is literally a stone's throw from the sea, which is a huge plus; no need to travel or walk far. But the main thing that impressed me was the service and the staff's attitude towards guests. I was given a room with a magnificent sea view, even though I had booked a standard category. Many thanks to the administrator for the complimentary upgrade — waking up and looking at the waves was a true delight. Special thanks for the help with the taxi. When I needed to leave early in the morning, the staff called a car themselves, ensured it arrived on time, and even helped with my bags. It's a small detail, but it made a big difference — you really feel that they care about their guests. Overall, it's an impeccable hotel with a personal touch. If you want the sea nearby and genuine hospitality, definitely book here. I'll be back again!

The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and the hotel rooms are fully equipped. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is not far from the subway station and bus station, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The hotel is cost-effective.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location right by the sea was fantastic. There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby, and it was close to the bus stop. The only minor issue was that the floor felt a bit sticky.

Good location, beach in 10 minutes walk, lots of cafes and bars. In the room everything necessary is available, it was quiet and quiet.

This was my first time in Busan. I visited with my daughter and had a wonderful experience. I was pleased with my booking at The Best Lois Hamilton Hotel and would book here again in the future. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family as a a great place to stay.
