"A quiet, secluded spot. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The room itself is simple but clean and cozy. There are amazing views from the windows and also from the pool area. The beach directly at the hotel isn't suitable for swimming, but within walking distance is the lovely Ao Yon beach, which is calm year-round with no waves. We only stayed for 3 days before our flight, but we'll definitely be back."

"The villa is fantastic! It has 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, and 3 showers. The kitchen is fully equipped – even a grill for 7/11 sandwiches! We enjoyed the panoramic pool in the evenings. The windows open completely, so you can place sofas and a table there and relax in a breathtaking space with an incredible view. Cleaning, including dishwashing, is done daily, and the staff even wash and iron clothes! The location is convenient if you have scooters. Initially, the hilly road might seem daunting, but you quickly get used to it. We really appreciated living on the hill during the rainy season: we didn't get flooded, unlike hotels and accommodations closer to the sea. Walking up the hill would be difficult. As for the drawbacks: there's a damp smell in the bedrooms, but that's quite common for Asian countries. There are air diffusers to help with this. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🫶"

"Luxurious villa with two swimming pools. It is better to swim during the daytime, as the water can be cool in the evening. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the top floor. The villa is very spacious, shops and cafes are within walking distance. I plan to return to this place in the future, as I had a wonderful few nights here."

"Excellent apartments. Clean, cozy, polite staff. The location is excellent for a quiet holiday and stay, away from bustling tourists and noisy places. Nearby is a morning market with fruits at a low price, a hypermarket, a shopping center with a cafe and inexpensive varied cuisine. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, on the first floor there is a microwave The presence of a balcony overlooking a green garden, with the singing of birds and insects pleased. . No shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, slippers, but this is not a problem, because everything is in the nearest store. You can rent a moped at the hotel: 15 minutes to an excellent beach, 15 minutes to a forest path. You will have to leave your passport, which, fortunately, is returned without problems)"

"The rooms and beds are spacious, the facilities are very new, and the apartment environment is very clean. The disadvantage is that there is a gap in the bathroom window and there is a risk of mobile phone stealing (boys don't mind it doesn't matter), the shower water flow is not big enough, and the room will have a old taste after closing the window for a long time. The room I lived in also had a balcony, the boss's service attitude was also very good, I could go to the beach soon after going out, and there was a cheap fruit stall at the intersection downstairs. I was very satisfied overall."

Loved my stay here! The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.

This is not the first time staying here but was unfortunately not the best experience overall.  Our villa had a problem with the toilet flush in one bedroom and smell of **** and/or sewage in the other bathroom.  On the only full day that we were in the villa, we had non-stop interruptions to our relaxing with 5 different visits to the villa for maintenance of some sort.

Excellent, the hotel as a park was very impressive. The room is very nice, the view from a big window to the picturesque staircase, the interior courtyard of the hotel. I liked the shower - on the floor is not slippery stone, around the stone, water is not accumulated, the floor next to the shower is also laid out of the stones, and also is not slippery, well and just beautiful. On the exit from the bathroom, a leg carpet, which was so short everywhere. The only thing that is almost convenient is the air conditioner opposite the bed, almost went out at night, and without it is soft. I fully recommend!

The place is Good near from Street but i choose the inside Room i enjoy and evening nea the beach and 7/11 If you arrive late in night inform them they will keep the kays in a box for you when you arrive you can go to your Room.

I liked the hotel very much. It is literally 5-10 minutes to the sea, the beach is excellent. There are many cafes, restaurants, massage parlors for every taste nearby. In the evenings, about 100 meters away, they cooked excellent street food. There are many small shops, like 7/11, but there are no shopping centers - you have to go there. The room was on the 2nd floor, spacious, with a bay window overlooking a lightly loaded street, the air conditioner is located quite well. The room has a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, two cups and 2 glasses. Sufficient number of sockets, there is even an extension cord. Every day they leave 2 bottles of water at the door. In the bathroom there is only soap, gel and shampoo, you need to use your own. The room is clean, in order for cleaning and changing the linen, you need to turn on a special light bulb at the door. Among the disadvantages, one can note an uncomfortable bulky armchair and the lack of chairs. We had to use bedside tables as stools. Also, there is nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry.

What an incredible hotel. While it is a little ways out of Old Phuket Town, it's only about 10 minutes by car, and super easy to get a car through Grab. It had stunning views, amazing service, and we got fresh towels and soaps every day from the friendly staff. The balcony hammock nets are only available with the superior rooms, but it is so worth the extra cost. There's a cafe and tons of space to lounge. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby

The room has some updated features like a newer hand basin, shower, flooring, and curtains. However, the bed is uncomfortable due to a protruding wire, and the electrical sockets are worn, causing plugs to frequently fall out. The chair collapsed when I sat on it, which was quite frustrating. On the bright side, the air conditioner and TV were in good condition, and the room was equipped with a toaster, kettle, and some crockery and cutlery. My room was at the front of the building (Room 1), so I experienced significant noise from road traffic, especially later in the evening. Additionally, there’s an establishment next door that plays loud music, making it far from the quietest place to stay. Would not return. Staff kind and helpful

The worst hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. The room smells damp like a basement, I just didn't want to be there. There's no window in the pocket, it's not clear at all whether it's day or night outside. The owners seem friendly, but there are a lot of strange rules. It feels like you're in a colony somewhere. The price is very high for this hotel. They also take a deposit of 500 baht, and give it back, but the hotel is so shitty that there's nothing to even break. We stayed for two days, on the first day I already wanted to leave there, even in the first minutes in the room.
