"I like our room. The staff are very accommodative and they are all approachable. They gave good assistance if you encounter problems using the hotel amenities. Specialy to the girl name Hairgel she gave us a very good assistance during my partner stays in the said hotel. Nice and clean Hotel. We stay very comfortable during our 6 days accommodation. The place is near Terminal 1 and nearest mall like MOA and Ayala. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cheapest stat in Manila."

"worth it yung room kahit nasa 10th floor kami ngayon nabigyan ng room last time kasi 3rd floor ata tas okay yung ambiance ng room and 10 mins walk papuntang terminal 3 via runway footbridge ❤️ kaso malabo yung instruction nung nag assist sakin sabi niya upon checkout, iiwan lang daw yung susi na may kasamang card tas kaninang nag checkout ako hinanap nung babae sa frontdesk yung card e naka kabit yung card sa susi, pinabalik pa ako ng 10th floor haysss pero overall maganda yung room at place super convenient sa mga may naka booked na flight."

"Confusingly this is part of the Savoy hotel but I think these are the less expensive rooms. You can walk here from T3 which is handy. It was ok, basic, comfortable but the room smelled damp. We weren't in it for long as unfortunately wd had a nightmare booking this through Trip. Our flight was delayed so we booked last minute but the hotel could not find the booking. It wasn't resolved for 2 days and meanwhile I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours (exhausted) before accessing my room. I had to pay again for the room and wait for a refund. The queues at reception were very long and one staff member was abrupt and rude."

"The staff are so kind! I truly feel at home. It's super clean, especially Roy, who is so nice. I even tried to tip him, but he wouldn't take it! 🤣 The blankets and pillows are seriously clean! It's easy to book a Grab even though the place is tucked away. It's super comfortable. I've been staying for almost a month now and I don't want to move to another hotel. 5 stars for this hotel! 🫶"

"A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in."
