"It's a good hostel, right in the center, a couple of minutes' walk from all the sights. I liked everything, but there was one downside: I was cold in the evening. At first, I thought someone had opened the window, but no, it was just a draft from the frames, and there was no heating anymore. The next day it was warmer outside, and in the hostel, too."

"The location is excellent. it’s close to the station and within walking distance of many iconic attractions. However, the check-in time is quite late, and I don’t think scanning the barcode is really necessary. After a long journey, I would also prefer to have the bed already made by the staff rather than having to make it myself, as it’s quite inconvenient.
Unfortunately, my roommates were also very loud between 1–3 a.m. They threw another guest’s belongings onto the floor because there was confusion over the bed assignment. I understand this was the hostel’s mistake for assigning the same bed to someone else while it was still occupied, but the way this roommate handled the situation was very rude and inconsiderate. The noise ended up waking everyone in the room."

"The top choice for a solo traveler in Edinburgh!
First off, the hotel's location is superb. St Giles' Cathedral is right outside, and it's easy to walk everywhere. I managed to walk to all the attractions in Edinburgh during my stay.
I was worried the capsule room might be stuffy, but it wasn't at all! It was incredibly hot in the UK these past few days, and Edinburgh was no exception, but the room actually had air conditioning! It was so comfortable at night I even needed a blanket.
The common areas are also very convenient. The only slight drawback is that you can't cook, only have simple snacks.
The hotel is newly opened, so many facilities are brand new. When I first arrived, I found it a bit easy to get lost with all the doors, but the staff were very friendly. I had waffles at the ground floor restaurant and got a 15% discount, which was a great deal!

"Very very close to the Edinburgh Waverley train station! The location is really convenient, located in the heart of the city. Check in was quick, staff quite nice. Bed is comfortable, and good privacy with the curtains. However, there were hair on the bedsheet. Enough toilet and shower facilities, although some are broken, I had to take a cold water shower."

"The staff are wonderful, and the capsule for the night is comfortable. While the storage isn't huge, everything is thoughtfully designed for backpackers. The location is easy to find, and it's best to travel light since there's no lift. Plus, the cobbled road can be tricky for suitcases, so packing accordingly makes everything easier."

"Affordable, quaint, and friendly staff. My only issue was that I didn’t have my passport nor driving permit. They were with the government, as o had to renew my document. I did, however, habe my working ID badge, photos of my passport, permit, and booking email. I even had mt credit cards and numerous cards with my name. She almost didn’t let me in. I understand these are rules, but I had everything, including an email saying my passport and permit are being sent back to me. I was eventually let in by Lex, when I showed her the email from the DBS. Lex also printed a work document for me. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, except for the many flights of stairs, I’m strong, bit it is exactly that: a place for backpackers and very young people. I slept really well, as it’s a nice quiet street even when busy. Thank you."

"This is a photo I took at my accommodation in Edinburgh. It was only about a one-minute walk from the station, and most of the main tourist attractions were nearby, which made getting around very convenient.
The only surprise was that I didn’t realise it was a triple bunk bed when I booked it. I booked it without thinking much about the bed setup, so I was a bit caught off guard. As a result, I hit my head a few times!
Other than that, everything was fine. Interestingly, the top bunk (third level) actually looked like the best spot."

"I booked a room for 30 people, and it wasn't crowded at all. We had a view of the castle from the window. There's a safe, but you need to bring your own lock. It's very close to the Dog Cemetery. The ground floor is a bar. My only real complaint is that there's no communal kitchen, so we couldn't cook, even though the platform said cooking facilities were available. I hope the platform takes note of this."

"Absolutely a good location for quietness and quiet in the new city. Very close to the train station and the airport bus. If you bring large luggage, it is recommended that you live in the new city. It is very convenient. As long as you have a bed, you don’t need to wait until the afternoon. If you have big luggage, you need to take some effort to climb this red staircase. Others are perfect. You can cook in the kitchen. Basically, you have fruit, bread, milk, and tea. There is no limit in the hall. Your best meal, please consciously tidy and clean the girl I live in. The 6 rooms have curtains. The bedside can fill the shop. Small luggage can be placed directly in everyone's cabinet. If you are lucky, you can live on the bottom floor. Hahaha. It's a three-story bed, so the first floor is very low and I can hardly straighten the waist. I can end it. After all, the price is so favorable. Right, there is a great coffee bar and small restaurant downstairs. Everyone is seductive when I see the Apple store and turn in. This is the bar and the hotel"

This hostel truly feels like a home away from home. The environment is clean and comfortable, the common areas are cozy and well-designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always patiently offering travel advice, which made my trip much smoother. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is friendly, making it perfect for backpackers to meet new friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

It's absolutely out of my expectation is my first time to stay in hostel at first I thought it would be very dangerous or very messy and it turns out that the room is really safe and clean and cute. I booked an en suite and the bathroom was really tidy and lovely and the floor was clean the wall paint well and the toilet was clean and I booked a female only bedroom it was really nice and the safe they even offers breakfast so I would definitely recommend this to every female, especially young female..

This is a very interesting hotel in a converted church, the staff are very nice, friendly and attentive. Because it is a historical building, there is no way to remodel it. The rooms are still relatively large. There are collective kitchens, movie rooms, and few single rooms, so it is more convenient to wash in the public bathroom. It's still fun to feel the unique atmosphere.

Anonymous UserThe staff were nice, the bed and the toilet was clean. However, the bathroom was dirty. The sleeping experience depends on the people in the room.
Mine was bad because people in the room with me was loud even at 11PM. There was a bar on the ground floor. There was also a kitchen for people to use which was nice. Do I recommend this? If you're saving money, yes. But i recommend bringing slippers to be more comfortable and a lock for your bag for safety.
