The room is in the form of tatami and you have to make your own bed. On the day of my stay, there were two people in the room plus me, and the roommate was quiet and very good. There is no floor heating in the public area of the hotel, which is cold. There are two toilets and two sinks. When I used it, I happened to not meet people and didn't have to line up. If you take a bath, there is one room on the first floor. Because I went to the public hot spring to wash, I didn't use it.
