"The area is beautiful and it's very close to the pattaya beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed area was big enough to fit a suitcase and you had your own small TV and table. They provided headphones, towel and water bottle, and on the floor was a water refiller. I only draw a few points on the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom, but given that a lot of people take a shower after going to the beach of course there is a lot of sand"

"The hotel's location is just so-so. It's about a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach, though the surrounding commercial area is quite convenient, with a large supermarket within 10 minutes. Compared to other hostels in Pattaya, this one doesn't quite measure up. Areas needing improvement: hygiene. The toilets, showers, and washbasins were very dirty. The toilet ventilation isn't great, which seems like a design flaw; I'd suggest adding more exhaust fans. The ceiling light in the shower room wasn't working, making it hard to see when washing. Regarding sleep, I was on a bottom bunk this time, and any movement from the person on the top bunk caused a lot of noise and shaking on my bed. This really affected my sleep; I was basically woken up constantly by the noise."

"Stayed for two days, and it had everything we needed. You can get free tea and coffee at the reception downstairs. Walking Street is not far, we walked there. Terminal 21 is about a five-minute tuk-tuk ride away, and the Indian market is just around the corner. The location is excellent, but perhaps not for an extended stay."

"Hygiene: Clean Environment: There are many massage parlors nearby for relaxation, and plenty of recreational areas around. The sea is just a three-minute walk away. Service: Very good; the staff understands basic English. Facilities: Refrigerator, hairdryer."

"The hostel is good and located just opposite Pattaya beach. Walking Street is just 500m away and lots of 24/7 restaurants around. The only thing I didn't like was that there were so many red ants in the capsule bed. Even I changed the bed and got the same. They should really do some pest control."

I would like to suggest a policy change to improve customer convenience and create a better impression. Please consider being more flexible on a case-by-case basis. If a customer cannot go out at such a late hour, perhaps you could allow a mobile bank transfer for the deposit instead of insisting on cash. "The hotel is located in the heart of Walking Street. Yes, it is very noisy, but we were so tired every day that we slept like dead until the morning. We were not disturbed by the fun outside the window. The room completely matches the photo on the website. There are updated beds, furniture. Some items even still have labels :)) There is no dust, the floors and bathroom are clean. Cleaning is on request. That is, you ask to clean, you come to the room - everything is clean, tidy. The staff is excellent, smiling. We liked everything! Thank you."

"уборка средняя, полотенца застиранные,с разводами,матрасы жёсткие,но шампунь ,гель для душа,вода в бутылках была,не оставляйте обувь за порогом,бездомные собаки заходят на территорию,погрызли нашу обувь, настроение было испорчено"
