"The price of the snow season is quite expensive. The big bed room is 5000+, and the Gaza hair bed is more than 300. This hotel is marked with four stars, but the Google search is marked with Samsung. Not run by locals in Japan, the sanitary environment is really average, the big bathing venue is sticky, there are floating hair in the pool, and the towels are thrown everywhere. The carpet used in the room, but the vacuum is not thorough, and the dust allergy has to wear a mask, and the purifier can be comfortable. Breakfast is all European, there is no Japanese soup or the like, cold food. I wanted to use a dryer, but as soon as I entered the socks, the dryer was full of black hair. The pick-up day was also promised 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes. I called again and said that there were other things on the road. Not recommended, if you want to come to Baima, it is recommended to book other hotels."

I also recommend booking the silk bath early; having it to myself for nearly an hour was fantastic.
The hotel's location is also good, not far from Mu Pond Ski Resort, making transportation convenient.
What's worth complaining about is the service, which was genuinely subpar. There aren't many English-speaking staff, and communicating with some of the older female front desk staff felt difficult. Plus, the rooms aren't properly cleaned; the toilet and vanity aren't wiped down. They just make the bed and change some towels.
The hotel is a little old, and the facilities are just okay."

"The best part about this hotel was definitely the breakfast – they had everything from Japanese to Western options. I especially loved the soba noodles and the fried eggs. The coffee was good too, and they offered various egg rolls. The room itself was quite spacious; we had no trouble fitting our two large suitcases. However, the bathroom was a bit small, feeling somewhat disproportionate to the rest of the room. The other hotel facilities were pretty basic; there wasn't much to attract us beyond just needing a place to sleep for the night. Because of this, paying over 3100+ per night (including breakfast) felt a bit expensive."

"This hotel is beyond my imagination. OMG ! The place was so amazing I chose Chalet with my family member 8 persons. They really in love with the place and all speak the same that we will definitely come back again ! The owner has a service to bring you to the supermarket at 4 pm everyday. There are not many houses here so it is the best option for anyone who looking for the cozy places and can also enjoy the wonderful snowy view. "This is my second time staying here, and I'm still very satisfied! The shuttle and ski equipment services were especially good. The shuttle bus was quite convenient. Everything was great overall. "I initially considered booking another hotel, but reviews suggested the dinners were all Western food and of mediocre quality. However, I stumbled upon Hotel Hakuba, and reviews praised its excellent breakfasts and dinners. Since we were staying in Hakuba for five nights, good food was crucial for us. I'm so glad I chose Hotel Hakuba. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, and there was a free shuttle service from the JR station. The hotel lounge area was beautifully decorated with flowers. The rooms were much larger than they appeared in the pictures. Dinner was incredibly lavish and delicious, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. There were free shuttle buses to all the tourist attractions. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is close to the JR station, Oide Park, and Snow Peak. There's also a large supermarket nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hakuba."

"An older-style hotel, but very clean. It has separate onsens for men and women. Breakfast is served as individual sets. The hotel also has a dinner restaurant, which is convenient because going out to eat without a car isn't easy. The futon-style bedding was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was a bit small. It snowed while I was there, and it was beautiful because the hotel is located in the mountains."

"I am very satisfied with this hotel, the location is great, the staff is friendly and the room is comfortable.
The room was very comfortable in terms of lighting, temperature and bedding. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping sister for keeping the room very clean. The room has two terraces, one of which overlooks the Happo-One Ski Resort.
We stayed for six nights and the breakfast food was roughly the same every day, but also rich. We had dinner at different restaurants in the hotel on three nights. On the first night, we had a buffet dinner in the hotel with a wide variety of food. On the second night, we had Western food at The Forest next to the hotel. On the third night, we had Japanese food at The Forest next to the hotel. The prices in all three restaurants were not expensive but the food was delicious.
The Dry Room for ski equipment is outside the hotel. It is a real drying room with a machine for drying snowshoes. It is not the so-called Dry Room in some hotels which is actually just a Locker room."

XXIANJUNWe made an overnight bus from Nagoya to Hakuba Happo. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the station, but it was only 3 minutes away from the shuttle bus station to the snow park, which was quite close! The exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, but the interior is well maintained, and the service candidates are enthusiastic and enthusiastic from beginning to end. Although some staff members are not very good at English, they will always ask others for help, so there is no major problem in communication. The basement is a ski warehouse, which is convenient for storage. According to Japanese tradition, the hotel has prepared different slippers in the basement, lobby, dressing room, large bath, and even the shower room in the guest room, which is really meticulous at home. The guest rooms and the large lounge on the first floor are lined with tatami mats and sleep comfortably on the ground because the air conditioning is powerful. The hotel's meals are exquisite. Although there is no Chinese food, the sense of ceremony is still strong. I checked in with two fairy biscuits in the room. They were super delicious, so we bought a lot at the front desk and got discounts. We were very happy. The large bath has two large pools, indoor and outdoor, as well as a traditional sitting bath. The water is a natural hot spring, which is very good. Finally, we returned to Nagoya by JR, and the hotel took us to the hotel for free. The whole process was perfect.

Lawsons & a public bath just across the road + shuttle bus service to both Goryo & Happo resorts.
It was pretty empty as it was Spring but the views in the area was still breathtaking. Highly recommended for Golden Week travels!

GGuest UserThe interior of the B&B smells of cypress, and the B&B is well maintained. The Japanese-style breakfast is delicious with Western food. You can still hear the collision sound next door, but some hotels can also hear the sound from next door, which is acceptable to us.

AAbolexboThe front desk service is excellent, very polite and thoughtful, kind and patient, and will patiently explain the conditions of the ski resort.
The food is very good. There are many kinds of breakfast food. The soup is different every day. Dinner is added when you check in. There are rice, beef hot pot, and pig hot pot to choose from. All three taste first-class.
The room is clean and well-organized, and the space is spacious. If you need towels, disinfectants, or paper towels, you can ask at the front desk and they will replace them immediately.
The location is convenient, there is a ski equipment rental shop nearby, and the ski resort is only a few minutes' walk away. There is a place to store ski equipment in the hotel, which can be reached through the other main entrance. (But it’s a 30-minute walk from the nearest 7-11)
The hotel has a hot spring sauna, and there just happened to be no one there several times I went there. The experience was very peaceful and quiet, which was great!

LLEIGoing skiing in December The Wulong Pavilion is a good choice. It is very close to the Happo ski resort. If the rental equipment staff will pick you up and pick up the cable car station in the morning, the hotel will also have a special car to pick up the service. The days of heavy snowfall are really good. On the ground floor of the hotel, each room has a box for storing ski equipment. It is also very convenient, and there is also a laundry dryer. The hot spring feels slightly ordinary, but there are also outdoor soups, and the water temperature is not hot enough. The basic varieties of breakfast are available, and dinner is average. Overall, it is a good choice to go skiing for a few days.
