"Overall good experience. Had no problems finding the place when driving in the snow, staff was able to help with finding a parking spot when all spots were full. Staff was friendly and there are rentals which I didn't realize till we arrived. Onsen area was clean and sufficient. Decent vending machine selection. Breakfast left some to be desired unfortunately. "

"During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several front desk staff for their enthusiastic assistance and professional service. This was my first time to go skiing in Hakuba. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. Next time I visit Hakuba, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again because their service makes me feel at home. Thanks again! As for the hotel facilities, cleanliness, decoration and the quality and style of the restaurant food, they are all great."

"The facilities were what stood out at this hotel, from the complimentary red bean soup and crackers post-ski, to the beautiful public and private onsen with free ice pop and coffee milk, to the ping-pong table that our boys enjoyed in the evening. We booked the evening meals package with Ctrip which made it very convenient to have dinner in the hotel. The food was delicious although there was too much of it and it took 90mn to complete the course. I wish there was a casual Japanese restaurant onsite. The two bedroom junior suite gave a lot of extra space and privacy 👍🏻. What we found strange was that our room was ready by 1:30pm and our luggages were in but we weren’t allowed in until 3pm. Please make a conscious effort not to loose the hotel key card as they charge ¥3,000 for a lost keycard. That last note put a dim on our otherwise great stay."

"Advantages: good service attitude! There are outdoor hot springs! You can walk to Yanyue ski in a few minutes! Disadvantages: breakfast/dinner is very ordinary! The room is small and there is no basic equipment hair dryer! If there is no tuk tuk, it is not convenient! Nearby convenience stores need to tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tu"

"A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip."

"Lovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then. BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online. The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully."

"Ideal location. The rooms in the main building have bathrooms. The rooms are large. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is wifi. Parking is convenient. However, the drying room does not have much drying effect. The room has heating. The hotel is actually very good in all aspects. High cost performance. You can choose to add some small purse breakfast. Because I went skiing early in the morning, I had to add it. It is a Japanese breakfast. Don't expect too much in style."

"Treasure Hotel, the owner and his wife are very good, basically meet all the requirements (including snow field pick-up and early use of hot springs), the hotel layout is very warm, many small details make people feel very warm, including the free massage chair after soaking in the hot spring, and free popsicles are provided, It’s not far to go to the snow field. You can let the boss drive it. It’s a great experience to drive for a minute."

"What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!"
