We thoroughly enjoyed the personalised service, especially the excellent advice and recommendations from 小潘管家. The room is modern and clean, equipped with smart features. We felt comfortably at home. I would return to Aroma House if an opportunity arises and highly recommend this hotel."

"This B&B is very nice! The room was spacious and clean. The landlady saw that we had two children and an elderly person in one room, so she upgraded me to a standard room with a 1.5-meter bed. There are many delicious restaurants around the B&B. We stayed for two days and chose 3 different restaurants, all of which were only a few minutes' walk away, very convenient. Because we couldn't get tickets to Huangguoshu National Park, we changed our itinerary and the boss lady recommended that we go to Maolan National Forest Park. The children also liked it very much. Thanks for your attention! If I have the chance to go to Libo in the future, I will still choose this one."

"Service: The proprietress was really nice; she even offered us some of her homemade bayberry drink. When it rained, she kindly helped us move our clothes under the shelter. Environment: The guesthouse is situated on the commercial street directly opposite the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance, making the location excellent. There are also a few parking spots available right outside, which is convenient for those driving. Facilities: On the first floor, there's a small courtyard for drying clothes. The TV isn't a smart TV, and the shower runs on an electric water heater. The bathroom lacks a wet/dry separation and is very cramped. The shower head is uncomfortably close to both the toilet and the sink, and the storage shelf was broken. Overall, the bathroom is extremely basic. The sink's water pressure was far too strong; when I turned it on, water sprayed everywhere! A bathroom like this, reminiscent of a hostel's, really doesn't justify a price tag of over 300 RMB. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which gave me a headache at night. I'd recommend the owner install an air deflector. Hygiene: Hygiene was just average. I'd suggest cleaning the bathroom door and especially the water cups – even if unused, the overall impression was quite unappetizing. Finally: Finally, the room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos displayed on Ctrip. Perhaps the room shown in the pictures was given to other guests. The advertised room had enough space between the TV and bed to comfortably fit a small table with two chairs. Our room, however, was incredibly small; simply placing a suitcase between the bed and TV made it feel extremely cramped! It certainly didn't match the square footage mentioned in the description. I highly recommend separating these room types for sale from the promotional photos, as this is very misleading! The price wasn't cheap, yet the room quality was so poor..."

"The owners are a very nice family; they offered delicious welcome fruit and tea. Right in the ancient town square, you can watch the square performances from your room or terrace, but it's very quiet after the show, and we slept very well. The room was fantastic, exceptionally clean, and all the towels were neatly bagged. There were even slippers for the children. The room was very soundproof; you couldn't hear any outside noise. There were many plants. My parents especially loved it. Highly recommend it!!"

"This guesthouse is truly excellent and worth choosing. Firstly, regarding the facilities, the decor is modern, the materials are environmentally friendly and odorless, and the toilet is smart. The amenities are advanced. The projection screen is large and clear. The curtains are controlled by Tmall Genie, which is adorable. Secondly, the owner is extremely welcoming and offered fresh fruit; she was very accommodating. Because I was in a hurry to get to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, she even drove me to the bus station, saying it was on her way. She's so considerate and thoughtful. I feel a little guilty for the slightly late review due to my tight schedule these past two days. Thirdly, the ancient town has a rich cultural atmosphere. There are free performances in the evenings, featuring ethnic performances from the Miao, Dong, Buyi, and Shui peoples, enriching the nightlife and providing insights into minority cultures. "The homestay booked on the day of coming to Xiaoqikong to play was booked casually at the beginning. As a result, the conditions of the homestay were OK. It was a bit unexpected. The boss was very good and enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage and arrange parking. There is no separate parking lot in the homestay. It is parked on the side of the road. The boss also recommended a lot of delicious nearby, Qiaoocang ice pulp and Banji thumb beef noodles are delicious, the homestay is in the county, the transportation is very convenient, and it is very close to everywhere. The homestay is national style, there is a pool and banana tree, and there is a sense of atmosphere."

"We stayed here for a few nights. Overall, it was a positive experience. Check-in: Smooth and easy. We were greeted warmly, and upon arrival, our room was upgraded — a nice bonus. Room: Clean, with good-quality bedding. The room had everything we needed: air conditioning, towels, toiletries, bottled water, and a projector. Housekeeping was done daily and wasn't intrusive — we could stay in the room if we wanted. When we arrived, the weather was cold outside, so we slept under two blankets — it was warm enough. Hot water was sufficient for two people as long as we didn't shower for too long. Location: Very convenient — just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and the bus stop. Plenty of places to eat, grab a drink, and buy daily necessities are nearby. Noise level: We slept really well — it was quiet and peaceful, with only birdsong in the morning. There was construction going on near the hotel during our stay, but it wasn't disruptive at all; no noise in the morning or evening. Drawbacks: · There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. If you're sensitive to smoke, it's worth asking for a non-smoking room when booking. · Although the room was clean, it was clear that the hotel is a bit older — not brand new, but still well-maintained. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly option with a great location for visiting Xiaoqikong, this is a solid choice. We were happy with our stay."
