"Before I went there, people said that the bar street was noisy. Fortunately, I was given a room near the inside, so it wasn't that noisy. I fell asleep easily when I was sleepy, and it didn't affect me. The service staff was warm and friendly. When I checked out, they saw me taking a taxi and enthusiastically offered to help me call a taxi. I said I called it with Grab. It's a distance from the beach, about 20 minutes' walk, through several busy alleys. There is a small safe in the closet, which is good!"

"The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and speak excellent English. The breakfast here is absolutely fantastic, I'd even call it a lunch! My room overlooked the garden, with a small bungalow-style table right outside the window. The building itself is made of foam blocks, so it stays cool; concrete takes longer to heat up. The fridge is huge, perfect for storing lots of fruit and water. It's right next to Na Baan Pier, and scooter parking is free. If you rent a scooter, make sure to video record it, noting all existing scratches! I give the hotel and staff a 5+++. You can enjoy unlimited tea and coffee! There's also a gate nearby for direct access to the sea. They even let me check in early! The owner explained everything about the mini-bar in the fridge, with prices clearly listed. I paid a 100 baht deposit, and he checked everything and returned it promptly."

"A really freindly small apartment/accomadation situated about half way along Soi5. For those who don't know Soi5 runs from Second road down to Beach Road (Pattaya Beach front.) So this is a good choice for the beach, and also Terminal 21 shopping mall, restaurants, massage, 7-11, Soi6, and many more places. The rooms are relitivly large, with good size bathrooms and a small balcony.(large enough for a coffee table and two chairs.) Furniture and decor are dated, but clean. The bathroom was clean with a good hot shower. Off road/on premises parking is available, but limited and tight. However the staff will help when manoeuvring if necessary. Well priced rooms for long stays if on a budget, or those looking for lower cost accomadtion for a couple of nights as I was. There are no 'facilities', no pool, gym, restaurant etc. But plenty of choices nearby, so these apartments are well situated."

"Отличный отель, мне достался по адекватной цене (эквивалент 22 долларам). Жил в номере 307. Дифт хороший имеется. Тихо, отличнейший балкон с диваном. На том же балконе плита электрическая на 1 конфорку и раковина. Имеется небольшая кастрюлька. Я не пользовался, но можно использовать для варки морепродуктов например или суп, или докупить сковороду/вок и делать уже что-то серьезнее. Большой холодильник с вместительный морозилкой и такой балкон располагает на длительное заселение. Вроде при заселении на месяц они имеют серьёзные скидки, уточняйте, молет другие сроки тоже дают скидку. Вход в отель отдельно от ресепшена, но может не все номера такое имеют. Предоставляют мыло в кусочках и жидкое, зубную щётку с пастой, под раковиной в тумбе лежал хороший фен. Матрас удобный, не жесткий. Важный нюанс - почти вся мебель из идеи, шкаф большой, столик высокий, стульчик. На балконе работающий и регулируется вентилятор, у кроватей диммеры для регулировки яркости освещения у кровати. Также у кровати в розетка юсб и тайп си порты. Сейф имеется (я его заблокировал, и сотрудники отеля дали мне ключ от сейфа на период проживание, что показывает их хорошую клиентоориентированность), вешалки удобнее чем в других отелях. Кстати в отличии от половины других отелей - не было мелких муравьёв (это был 5й отель Паттайи и только второй без муравьев). Расположение тоже хорошее: пляж близко и в радиусе,5 км 3 ночных рынка. Один из них метрах в 200-300. И на нем есть живая музыка двух видов. Местное (молет дале это караоке) и за ними через ряд играют рок. На пляже до поздна можно арендовать стулья и столик - много людей так отдыхают не видел на других пляжах такое. На этой улице вдоль пляжа ходит тук тук до терминала 21. 10 бат, сразу готовьте без сдачи. Заселили в отель на час раньше, тоже плюс Минусы тоже есть, но я хочу поставить отелю 10. Минусы тем не менее перечислю, один из них весьма критичный (под первым номером): 1) плохо уходит вода в душевой, модет быть небольшой запах в ванной комнате, меня не потревожил. 2) комары были, но это особенность номера с балконом- отличные раздвижные двери 3) нет инструкции от сейфа, рекомендую на английском, русском и тайского языках ее сделать в е таки. Сейф немного клавиатурой отличается от тех что были в других отелях. 4) не помешал бы чай (кофе, сливки и сахар по 3ю2 пакетика дают) 5) не нашёл табличку не беспокоить 6) бассейна нет, но я ни в одном бассейне не купался, когда они ьыли в других отелях 7) вид в переулок невзрачный, зато тишина и спокойствие. В общем удивительно, почему отель имеет только 2 звезды, он очень свежий и комфортный. Не знаю получится ли у них решить проблему со сливом воды в душе, возможно ошибка на этапе строительства. Ну для меня это терпимая проблема. Фоток особо не делал, а видео не прикрепляется. Напитки в холодильнике платных, бесплатно 2 бутылки воды"

"This hotel is located in an area filled with clubs, pubs, night parties, and nightlife. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers a quiet environment. But if you want to have fun and enjoy parties, this place is perfect. Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky, so check the location carefully before you go, otherwise you might get confused on the way. The 24-hour reception staff are available if you need anything. Check-in is at 3.00 pm and check-out is at 11.00 am. Early check-in is allowed depending on availability. I personally feel check-out at 12.00 pm would be better. The room doesn't have slippers, a hair dryer, or a toothbrush. Other than that, everything was okay."

"It's not a too cheap hotel, not too expensive. Rooms are well maintained, ac working good, toilets with bathtubs are spacious, everyday housekeeping cleans the rooms and renews water bottles. The location is right in the middle of pattaya main road among shops, massage parlours and restaurants. For guys getting girls to rooms they'll charge extra but if twin occupancy is booked they won't. The roof top swimming pool is great for an evening drink and cooling off the pattaya heat. It's about 600meters from pattaya beach. Overall a comfortable stay."

"The room is very large and the experience is very good. It is worth recommending. The price is reasonable and the front desk service is also very good. The landlord is an Indian who can speak English and Hindi. It is very close to Pattaya Pedestrian Street, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. I am a Chinese. I stayed here for 10 days, which is great."

"it's suddenly out of electricity power, I got down and ask the desk will that be any compensation. They laugh at me said there is nothing they can do for the electricity outage."

"It's a decent hostel for one person, though it doesn't look like it at first glance. The area is mainly populated by Indians, and it can get a bit noisy in the evenings. I asked for a higher floor. The furniture is spartan, and while the linens seemed clean, they've definitely seen better days. Water is provided daily, and housekeeping is available upon request. It's not far from the pier. All the essentials are there, and everything works. The price-quality ratio is fair."
