Hotels near Shengavit Metro Station, Yerevan

The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers.

A magnificent, fresh hotel in the heart of Yerevan. We had a beautiful standard room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed, complete with panoramic windows. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – fresh juice, champagne, fish, fruits, and I especially loved the Eggs Benedict and the chocolate fountain. From 4 PM to 4:45 PM, there's a free tasting of chocolate-covered strawberries and other fruits near the reception. Everything is incredibly stylish; the interior design is fantastic! It's truly the best hotel in Yerevan. They're also planning to launch a spa soon. My only minor suggestions are that for a double room, there was only one bottle each of sparkling and still water. We asked for more, and they brought it, but it would be great to have at least one bottle per person as standard. Also, check-in was at 4 PM instead of 3 PM because our room wasn't ready. They offered us ice cream as compensation, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Regardless, this is still the best hotel in Yerevan. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

Our family stayed here in July 2026. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's perfectly decent. The family room with a connecting door was an excellent option for a family with children, and having two bathrooms was also very convenient. We stayed on the 8th floor, with a distant view of the Mother Armenia monument and the Ferris wheel, though residential buildings were in closer proximity. The hotel's convenient location is also worth noting; you can walk to the center (Republic Square and the Cascade). There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We were also pleased to find an indoor pool with water at a suitable temperature for children. The staff were very friendly, especially in the spa area and by the pool, as well as at the reception. Breakfasts were standard, with a good variety.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. We booked this hotel for our trip to Yerevan (we were attending friends' wedding). We absolutely loved the hotel. It's spacious, with large rooms, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and generous, functional bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. The city view is magnificent! All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, and Vernissage is right next to the hotel – super convenient. We were given the highest floor (9th), which was a lovely surprise as they accommodated our request. They also granted our late checkout request for an extra hour, completely free of charge. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and explore the city before our flight. Our room included breakfast, and we were very happy with it. All the food and dishes on offer were delicious; there's something for everyone. The reception and lobby areas are beyond praise. We didn't use the pool, but we did notice the presence of a lifeguard, which was a pleasant surprise, and all guests were wearing swimming caps. On the ground floor, there's a wonderful beauty salon that I must mention! The staff were incredibly friendly! They did my hair and makeup for the wedding, and even touched up my hairstyle after we returned from the church. All of this was super affordable, and the quality and service were impressive! The lobby is a very pleasant place to be – spacious, with comfortable sofas and lots of light. It's a great spot to sit and relax, especially when it's hot outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan! It offers excellent value for money.

We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive. All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure.One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city.The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
