Here's an honest review of my stay, meant to help future guests. I'm not exaggerating or being overly critical, nor am I a shill, so please don't bash me – this is just my personal opinion. I booked this room because my dad was having eye surgery. Honestly, for around 170 RMB, I didn't have high expectations; I just hoped it would be clean. But it exceeded them! First, I want to praise the front desk staff for their excellent attitude. I'd booked a twin room, but they upgraded us to a family room for free. The window faced Hangzhou Station, and the view from the 26th floor was fantastic. Second, the hygiene was great. They provided disposable bath and hand towels, and even the disposable cups were individually sealed. Both the bathroom and the room were quite large and spacious. The smart curtains, air conditioning, and lighting controls were very convenient. The hotel is right below Zhejiang Eye Hospital, just a 2-3 minute walk away. There's also a subway station directly under the hospital, making it super easy to get to West Lake – only 2-3 stops to Longxiang Bridge or Fengqi Road. A Luckin Coffee is located right below the hotel, which is handy for a morning cup. For food, we went to a place called Xiaogou Noodle Restaurant, which seems to be quite famous. It's not far from the hotel, about a 10-minute walk, and the food was good. There are several other dining options nearby, so it's pretty convenient. As for soundproofing, if you're very sensitive to noise, it might be a little bit loud, but it was fine for us. If I need to stay in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

An old three-star hotel, located above Hangzhou Station, convenient for travel by subway and bus. The equipment in the house is old, but the details are good. Double-layer glass has good sound insulation, air conditioning and hot water are powerful, and there is no random price increase during the May Day holiday. The cost performance is very high. The only drawback is that a thumb-sized scorpion appeared in the shower room on the morning of check-out. It is inevitable in southern cities, and the timing of its appearance is just right, otherwise I would not have stayed for 3 consecutive days.

Even though I saw some reviews online mentioning the facilities were old, I decided to take a chance and book it anyway. To my surprise, my stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, and not nearly as old as some reviews suggested. The walls and bathroom were very clean with no strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel reception staff were also great. The location is excellent too; it's very close to the subway station and within walking distance of Hefang Street and Wuliu Lane. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Laotou Youbao Xia and Fang Laoda, which are also not far. The hotel breakfast was very rich and varied. If I get the chance to visit Hangzhou again, I'll most likely choose this place.

Generally, it was a good experience. We spend two nights there. The place is strategically located. There are many restaurants and shops and supermarkets around the area, though the rooms were small and quite old. Customer service was fair, as we were first allocated to a room that we didn't book.

We stayed at this hotel during the May Day holiday and were very satisfied. The suite was huge, with two bedrooms, a living room, and three bathrooms – the kids absolutely loved it. The cleaning staff were very proactive and kept the room spotless. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hangzhou Railway Station, making transportation very convenient. The entrances to Metro Line 1 and Line 5 are within 100 meters, and it's also a short walk to attractions like Hu Xueyan's Former Residence. However, the seafood buffet dinner wasn't great; we went at 7 PM, and many dishes were already gone, with no refills. If you plan to go, I'd recommend getting there early. Overall, our stay was a very good experience.
