"The owner is very nice. He will contact you the day before your arrival and send instruction on how to get there. He welcome us with Pu'er tea and ensure we stay comfortably. It's very hard to find toilet with bidet in China. But here the toilet has bidet 😀. Although you need to walk to the Inn, you don't have to carry your luggage. He will arrange and handle your luggage during check in and check out. If you have problem and do not feel shy to ask him. He will help. From food online ordering because I have issue with ******* apps. He also has washing machine and you can use do your laundry. His warmth make us enjoy more our stay in Lijiang."

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Because a room upgrade was available, he kindly offered us a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. He also helped us purchase the tea we were looking for, something we truly appreciated. When we arrived at the entrance of the ancient town, Mr. Afei came to pick us up and helped us get to the hotel with our luggage. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with tea and fresh fruit, almost like a welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. He even sent us a message on WeChat with the most important places to visit in Lijiang, making sure we wouldn't miss the city's key highlights. Throughout our trip in China, we had never felt as warmly welcomed anywhere as we did here. Lijiang itself felt like a city that embraced us with warmth, and a great part of that feeling came from the exceptional care and hospitality provided by Mr. Afei. Thank you, Mr. Afei, for making our stay so memorable. You didn't just welcome us to a hotel; you made us feel at home. "Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the manager, Xiao Liew, made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. He welcomed us with tea and shared his expertise on Yunnan tea, guiding us through the different varieties and helping us find ones we truly enjoyed. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Its location is also a major plus—just a short stroll from Lijiang Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Xiao Liew’s recommendations for nearby dining were spot on. Each restaurant he suggested offered delicious meals that our family of three thoroughly enjoyed We are grateful to Xiao Liew and his team for making our stay so memorable. "This guesthouse has a Naxi ethnic style. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The owner and staff were very welcoming, helped with luggage, and were always ready to assist whenever needed. The guesthouse is centrally located in the ancient city, just a short walk to Sifang Street, making it convenient for getting around. It's quiet despite being in a lively area. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next year when I visit Lijiang."

"An excellent hotel, we were thoroughly satisfied with everything. We felt completely pampered by the staff. The hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst a bustling area. It's beautiful and cozy inside, with scenic views at every turn, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The owner even provided complimentary rose tea, fruits, and sunscreen spray daily. The breakfast auntie made delicious rice noodles every morning and perfectly pan-fried four sunny-side-up eggs for my family – so tender and incredibly tasty! We absolutely loved it! We spent our days looking for the little turtles and kittens roaming freely in the courtyard, and relaxing and chatting in the courtyard, on the balcony, or on the rooftop, soaking in Lijiang's slow-paced life. A truly perfect hotel."

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect accommodation, and I’m so glad I did — because this place exceeded all my expectations. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. From the hotel, you get a breathtaking panoramic view over Lijiang Old Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Honestly, I don’t think you could ask for a better view. It’s the kind of scenery where you can take beautiful photos without even having to leave the hotel. Even the charming little slope right in front of the entrance is already a perfect photo spot. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can quickly reach the main roads to go shopping, explore other parts of Lijiang, or travel to the airport and train station. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was genuinely wonderful from beginning to end. For me, this was a 10-star experience on my first trip to Lijiang. And considering the very reasonable price for such an exceptional location, view, service, and overall quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Lijiang, don’t hesitate — book this place. You won’t regret it. ❤️"

"I did like the place! For me it was a perfect location! And the view from the room was unbeatable. You don't need to look for a restaurant with a view, it is right in you room. But the hotel is up the hill so you'll need to walk up the stairs. Guys helped with the luggage, and I'm so grateful 🙏 but Lijiang Old Town is love at first sight ❤️"

"I was extremely satisfied with this trip! I booked the hotel last minute on the day of arrival, and it turned out to be an unexpected surprise!!! The hotel is located on the top of Lion Rock in Lijiang Old Town, offering a panoramic view of the entire ancient city. The sunrise in the morning and the city lights at night are all breathtakingly beautiful, truly refreshing. The room was clean and tidy; as someone with a slight潔癖 (germophobia), I found it incredibly comfortable. The room was well-lit and airy, and the toiletries were fully stocked, so there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The hotel service was also outstanding!!! Breakfast was served individually, and it was so delightful to enjoy it by the window while taking in the beautiful scenery of the ancient city! Since the hotel is within the old town, carrying luggage can be inconvenient, but the owner and staff helped us with our bags the entire time, carrying them up and down. We didn't have to worry about a thing, and I'm very grateful 🙏. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel owner! Not only did they recommend tour routes and local delicacies, but before we left, they also shared information about many souvenir shops. The flower cakes, tea, and coffee were all excellent value for money. Seriously, if you have any questions, just ask the owner; they're incredibly responsive, haha. In short, choosing this hotel when you come to Lijiang is absolutely the right decision – just go for it!!!"

"One of the best stay we had in China. The staff were very helpful, the inn is situated inside Old Lijiang Town with plenty of food and shopping all around; walking distance to Zhongyi Market, Waterwheel, Lion Hill. The room is comfortable, clean and new! It was also quiet, so we had peaceful nights throughout our stay. The inn also provided free breakfast, tea and flower cakes. Lijiang is such a beautiful place, we will come back to explore more for sure! Must visit Lion Hill for a panoramic view of Lijiang Old Town with the snow mountain in the background !"
