Extremely satisfied, it exceeded my expectations. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the room was impeccably clean. The toilet and shower were spotless, like new. Although the hotel is a bit old, it must have been renovated, and it's very well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent and refined. The executive lounge offered infinite views of Victoria Harbour. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made a great effort to speak Mandarin. Thumbs up!

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. The service at the front desk, in the lobby, and in the room was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive. It felt like the occupancy rate was high, and the lobby was bustling. Although I had to wait a bit for check-in, it didn't dampen my spirits at all. The room was spacious, bright, quiet, relaxing, clean, and comfortable; all in all, I really enjoyed my stay! The wardrobe, with its glass and solid wood frame, felt modern yet elegant. The view outside the window was captivating; while not a direct sea view, the distant skyline was impressive, with the scenery constantly changing as time passed. I was thrilled to admire the beauty of Victoria Harbour from such a unique perspective. I was even happy with the photos I took through the glass! The breakfast was also excellent! 😄 A delightful two days! Thank you, Park Hotel!

Awesome, super good, hahaha! The picture below was taken in the room, by the way. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries, but there was an unlimited supply of tissues. I'm telling the truth. I paid over a thousand kuai for one night to see Victoria Harbour, and the view was ”no less impressive than The Rosewood.”

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Harbour. Downstairs, there are tons of popular Instagrammable restaurants. We went during the May Day holiday, and the queues weren't too bad. Victoria Harbour was super crowded, so we went back to the hotel to rest, and by 9 PM, it was much less busy. It was really convenient with kids; the two single beds were pushed together, which was perfect for a family of three. Just be prepared for the room to be small. The subway entrance, Sunset Rollercoaster, and a Rich Ice Cream shop are all right downstairs.

I really loved the spacious Suite 1665, especially having a small kitchen in the room, which was super convenient.
The only thing that bothered me was at checkout. I asked a slightly overweight porter with black-rimmed glasses to help me call a taxi. While we were waiting by the road, he saw a white car approaching. Recognizing the driver, he immediately prioritized helping that guest, leaving us standing there. Later, I went into the lobby to find him and saw him helping the people from the white car with their luggage. I personally saw him put their luggage into the white car and collect a tip from them. This was at 2:48 PM. It seems some people are just driven by tips. I'm not making this up! The hotel should have surveillance footage!

The hotel's location is a bit awkward; it's not close to the subway or bus stops. If you have luggage, taking a taxi is the most sensible way to get around. The lobby is quite small and looks a bit dated. However, the doormen and concierge were very proactive, quickly greeting guests and guiding them to the front desk.
We booked an Executive Floor room, and check-in could be done on the 9th floor. However, the Executive benefits were enjoyed on the 28th floor. The Executive Lounge is very small and connected to the Tian Wai Tian restaurant next door. Breakfast can be had either at Tian Wai Tian or on the second floor. The Executive Lounge food, including afternoon tea and happy hour, had very limited choices, and the quality wasn't great. During dinner, they offered smoked salmon, ham, chicken meatballs, and a few types of cheese. Several alcoholic beverages were available, but because the accompanying food was so simple and mediocre, it didn't create much of a drinking atmosphere. Personally, I found this to be a significant drawback, as the main reason for booking an Executive Floor was to relax and enjoy a drink at the hotel.
However, the service staff in the Executive Lounge deserve high praise! Two young men were always nearby, maintaining a respectful distance, and attentive to our needs. They frequently checked in with us and provided prompt service. The tables in the lounge were very low, even lower than the seats, which was awkward for my husband and me who had brought our laptops expecting to get some work done. I'd like to specially thank Vivian, who, after understanding our needs, immediately coordinated and secured a table for us in the Tian Wai Tian restaurant, allowing us to work comfortably. We are truly grateful for her meeting our needs and enabling us to work productively for an afternoon.
Overall, the hotel isn't large or particularly grand, and the facilities are indeed a bit lacking. However, the staff across all departments demonstrated a high level of service, prioritizing people and guest satisfaction. Isn't that what we, as guests, hope for most? I hope the hotel can improve the lounge's food and beverage offerings; that would really take it to the next level!

I spent half a month researching almost every 4-star and above hotel in Hong Kong with a rating of 4.4 or higher. I initially booked a sea view suite at another hotel but changed to this one. It's incredibly convenient – as soon as you get off the ferry in Hong Kong, you're right at the hotel lobby. I checked in before the official check-in time, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I was able to fully check in after 3 PM, and the process took only ten minutes. The room was, as expected, small, located on the eighth floor in a corner, but it was reasonably clean. I brought my own travel bedding set, so I felt comfortable sleeping. The soundproofing was average; being next to the road, I heard motorcycles roaring by a few times at night. The air conditioning was quite loud, but after turning up the temperature and setting it to auto-fan speed, it was generally quiet. Disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were provided, and the shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and hairdryer were all available. The hot water for the shower was decent. The hotel's platform leads directly to Kowloon Park. Overall, it was better than I expected.

Choose between seven restaurants and a bar and experience an array of awarded and stylish dining options. The 25 meters underwater music pool located at Sky Pool on the hotel rooftop radiating Mediterranean aesthetics has been a favourite among visitors. The hotel also equipped with a Gymnasium for guests to exercise and overlook the stunning view of Sky Pool.

The Royal Garden Hotel is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. I first stayed there back in 1999 when I visited Hong Kong, and I remember thinking how beautiful it was, especially the rooftop pool – absolutely stunning! The hotel's atrium restaurant, with its soaring, open-plan design spanning over ten floors, was also impressive. I've stayed at The Royal Garden several times since, and even on my most recent visit, it still felt remarkably new! Fantastic value for money.

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is my top choice when visiting the city. Its location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Wan Chai, next to the Exhibition Centre. It's just a short walk to the MTR station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular areas like Central and Causeway Bay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
The hotel has a luxurious, elegant, and high-end business style. The lobby is clean and refined with a premium feel. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. They communicated smoothly in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, offering meticulous and thoughtful service, making the entire experience comfortable.
I stayed in a sea-view room with an absolutely stunning view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct panoramic views of Victoria Harbour's beautiful seascape. During the day, I could take in the bustling city skyline, and at night, I enjoyed the dazzling nightscape—the ambiance was simply incredible. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a well-planned and tidy layout. The soft furnishings were simple yet upscale, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a stable and comfortable sleep after a long day of travel or work.
The room amenities were comprehensive and excellent. The high-speed internet worked flawlessly, and the toiletries were of high quality. The bathroom was clean and fresh with a dry/wet separation. The lighting and soundproofing were both very good, providing a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise.
The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich and diverse selection, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic. There was a wide variety of drinks, desserts, and special Hong Kong snacks, making for a very pleasant breakfast experience. The hotel also features recreational facilities like a swimming pool and fitness center, perfect for exercising and relaxing in your free time. The supporting services are truly complete.
Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The hardware facilities were high-end and well-maintained, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the location was excellent, offering great convenience. It's particularly suitable for couples on vacation, families, or business travelers. It's my first choice when I come to Hong Kong. Both the value for money and the experience were exceptional. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.
YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and professional. The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍
AAnonymous UserYou really have to experience it for yourself to get the full picture.
Service Attitude: Everyone was incredibly kind and nice. My child was speaking English at the front desk, and I was assisting. The staff were very respectful, leaning in to patiently communicate with my child eye-to-eye and thoroughly addressing all our questions. Before we headed to our room, a lovely staff member even asked us if it was our first time in Hong Kong and if we knew where to eat out. So thoughtful!
Room Cleanliness: Connecting rooms. The room size is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, and the sofa can even sleep one person. The attendant very nicely brought us an extra duvet and pillow. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and mineral water. The dampness is 'standard' for a hotel by the sea, so we just opened the curtains every morning to let in the sun.
Room Soundproofing: Not soundproof at all. The room next door was watching TV until past 1 AM. I finally managed to fall asleep with my headphones on.
Rruowen118The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.
LLuna Blanca Ysmeralda⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel.
Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch.
Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget.
We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us.
The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!
KKKingThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. The lobby is on the third floor. The room size is decent; I could open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The bedding was quite clean and tidy, and the washroom area had a good wet/dry separation. As is common in Hong Kong, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.
BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
RRyonChenThe location is super convenient, with direct subway access. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from my room was spectacular. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business trips or short getaways. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
