Hotels near Wenshan District, Taipei

I specifically chose a hotel near an MRT station for the marathon. This hotel is near Jingmei MRT station, just a 3-minute walk away. There are signs on the first floor, and the hotel is on the third floor. The counter on the third floor looked very elegant and upscale. Since I booked through Ctrip, I got the key and checked in immediately after confirming my ID. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the layout wasn't cold or impersonal when I stepped out of the elevator, but the air felt a bit stuffy. You need a card to press the elevator buttons. The room door lock is a traditional key type, so be careful to double-lock it before going to sleep or leaving the room. Regarding cleanliness, I found a leftover plastic straw sleeve; I hope they can improve on this aspect. The room itself was standard, with everything you'd expect. The only issue was that the TV remote didn't work. I contacted the front desk to check, but it still didn't work. However, I could manually turn it on by pressing the power button on the back. I don't sleep with the TV on, so it didn't bother me. I suggest the hotel provide a spare power button. There's a night market and convenience store within a 3-minute walk of the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. If I participate in another race next year, I'd consider staying here!

For those traveling without a car, you can search for nearby bus stops. My friend took the MRT to Zhangli Station (7th floor) and then walked. The shower was fantastic, and the bathroom was huge – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The room was spacious and very clean. You can also come and sing karaoke with a group of friends! Great value for money. The only downside was that check-in was at 8 PM, but there's an Eslite Bookstore nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful and offered to call a taxi.

It is our first time to go to a motel. It is probably a good place for staying. The room is big enough for two people, and the Jacuzzi is even better than the one I tried in Thailand. Although there are not many food options for the breakfast buffet, the price is affordable and acceptable.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic service and a pristine environment. Definitely worth staying here! I would certainly book again for my next trip to New Taipei. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the surroundings are peaceful and comfortable, making it ideal for a relaxing rest. The hotel's facilities are also well-appointed, contributing to a very secure and comfortable stay.

This was my first stay, and overall I had a great experience. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, and having a dedicated parking lot in Greater Taipei is a real bonus. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

Stayed for a night for an exam. You have to change into slippers as soon as you enter. There are lots of food options nearby, and it's also very close to NTU and NTUST, as well as the MRT station. Although I stayed in a quad room, the bed was quite comfortable. It was an oversized single bed with good springiness, and the duvet and pillow were also quite clean.

The location is Shenkeng, which is quite close to Shenkeng Old Street. It takes about 10 minutes by car. If Taipei people have nowhere to go, they can go there to relax and sometimes have unexpected feelings.

Traffic problem, far from Taipei Station, at least three MRT trains, although it is the opposite platform, it is always inconvenient, there are seven trains to Xiaobitan, only three shuttles per hour, busy time only four shuttles, inconvenient, but the hotel is very good, the waiter is very good!

I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to its best facility, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and well organized place. I also really enjoyed using the tourist map provided by the hostel in the English version. It absolutely was helpful for my prestigious journey at this time. The map provides such complete information for important things to do and to know whilst traveling in Taipei, including the metro map of each route line, tourist attraction, tourist metro cards, recommended foods and activities, etc. Wow, honestly, I didn’t plan much about this first-time-in-my-life-trip in Taipei, but the map really helped me discover many more things to do In this wonderful cit impressively.

My friend has booked this hotel multiple times and was very satisfied with it; he always insists on staying here whenever he returns to Taiwan.
