My stay at Chenghian Hotel was excellent! The location is super convenient for getting around and exploring the nearby shops. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a really peaceful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, always quick to help. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The location is quite good, right at the foot of Zijin Mountain and very close to Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum. There's a bus stop right outside the entrance with direct routes. The service is excellent, and they even offer breakfast with a Chinese and Western buffet. The lobby has a very festive atmosphere.

The location is very close to metro station, about 5 minutes by walking ; and to the train station about 10 minutes by taxi. It is also convenient to many local attractions, restaurants, local market & shops. The daily breakfast buffet menu was full of variety. Every day, about 30-40% of the breakfast items are different from the day before. It was a pleasing venture for us to kick off the new day! The carpet between our room & elevator was both thick & soft. It became our favorite daily walking exercise. The front desk staff were professional & went extra miles to reserve taxi rides & provide travel tips. They were apologetic and very promptly resolved a plumbing issue happened in our bathroom. There was a welcome basket full of fruits & healthy drinks in our room as check-in complimentary. The hotel makes great effort to up keep its facilities. The hotel crew are very warm, attentive, respectful, and welcoming. They have earned our trust for future stays.

Every time I visit Nanjing, I choose to stay here. It feels just like home – comfortable and cozy. I've even grown fond of the greenery outside the entrance. The room has great natural light, is clean and tidy, and well-equipped. The staff are friendly; they helped us with a late check-out and even gave our child a free breakfast and drink voucher. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Public transport, including buses and the subway, is right at the doorstep, and my favorite Xuanwu Lake is just across the road. From the rooftop, you can enjoy views of the lake and mountains. Dining and food delivery are both convenient. The beauty of Nanjing is hidden in every moment and every place.

The room was very clean and quiet! Although it's an older five-star hotel in Nanjing, the facilities in the room are still well-maintained – everything you need is there. I was very satisfied with the room, and the transportation is very convenient, located right next to the Nanjing Museum. The only downside was the coffee bar on the first floor. I ordered a latte, and it tasted like instant coffee, even though they claimed it was freshly ground. I also ordered a Tiramisu, and after just one bite, I could tell it was extremely high in sugar! The quality was a bit disappointing. I was a little let down by the food at the coffee bar and hope they can pay more attention to the quality of their afternoon tea. The staff, however, were quite enthusiastic and helpful – much appreciated! ☺️

The room was quiet and clean, and the bedding had no strange odors. For breakfast, they offered mini wontons, noodle soup, and duck blood vermicelli soup. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the beef stew with potatoes. Personally, I think the price is a great deal considering the location and the facilities.

This hotel is super convenient, right outside Xi'anmen Station (Subway Line 4), exit 4. The rooms are large and spacious, and the family rooms are really cozy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered us extra bottles of water for our journey when we checked out – that's just fantastic service!

Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Through this platform, I want to sincerely express our family's gratitude to Jinling Hotel Nanjing. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Xuanwu Lake Park – easily walkable! Metro Line 1 is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere (seriously, public transport is the way to go, no traffic worries). The breakfast buffet on the 20th floor offers stunning views of Xuanwu Lake, so you get great food and a beautiful panorama. While the hotel's decor shows a bit of age, it's incredibly well-maintained, showing the hotel's dedication. Plus, the nearby Lanxiu City has all sorts of南京's specialty restaurants, so no need to battle the crowds at tourist spots. All in all, a really great stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the city view from the room is fantastic. However, it is an older hotel, so the facilities are quite dated. Things like dim lighting and the elevator not showing the current floor are understandable. But the service was really subpar. It was advertised that they have robot service, but all food deliveries had to be picked up from a locker downstairs. What exactly is the robot service used for then? Also, toilet paper wasn't replenished in the bathroom. My booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included, and I had even double-checked it on the platform beforehand. Yet, when I went to the restaurant, I was told my room type didn't include breakfast. I had to call the front desk to confirm, and the result was still no breakfast. So, is this a platform issue or a hotel management problem? Honestly, this was the worst service experience I've had in years.
