"The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips."

"The hotel is very comfortable and has a free breakfast, but it is too expensive for what was 21€pp. The location is far away, free parking in the area and the tram+tren combination to go to the center in 45min. It may be too far away and located in the opposite direction of all the interesting of the city, but it is for a stick."

The location is kind of remote and considering the price of about 120 euros per night it’s a bit expensive for a hotel without breakfast option. Checkout time is at 11 am, if I pay so much I expect international checkout time at 12 am. But in general it’s a hotel well maintained!"

The staff was friendly and attentive - you really feel welcome here. The rooms are very clean and extremely comfortably furnished. The location of the hotel is good and is close to the Kashorst S-Bahn station. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. The only drawbacks are the sagging mattresses and the thin walls in the hotel. "This hotel is located in the commercial center, with convenient transportation and life. The temperature during my stay was not too high, and it was barely acceptable without air conditioning. But the following problems did affect the stay experience: 1. The curtains are completely unshade, and the privacy is poor The curtains are inner curtains plus three narrow curtains on the outer layer, each about 1 meter wide, but the curtains shrink inward at both ends, and there are still 4 obvious gaps after opening. Outside the window is facing the entrance of the inner circle of the mall. There are restaurants, bars and children climbing frames. The lights are very bright at night. You must wear a blindfold to sleep, otherwise it is difficult to fall asleep. The curtain gap also makes the room almost no privacy at all. 2. Very poor sound insulation The sound of the corridor, window, and the next room can be heard clearly. Exaggerately, the guests next door can hear a fart in the morning. There are some local young people nearby at night, which will be noisy. 3. Irregular cleaning Stayed for 4 nights and cleaned twice. It is recommended to bring your own toiletries, the room is not provided. 4. Small problems with room facilities · The lights in the hallway are bad · No air conditioning, it is recommended to confirm whether the fan is normal, if you can't use it to find the front desk in time, they will generally be enthusiastic about handling it · The bed is a large bed made up of two single beds, and it is easy to fall into the gap in the middle when you fall asleep. · The toilet is shorter than ordinary, sitting a bit tired, it is best to bring your own disposable toilet pad 5. Surrounding environment This area belongs to the suburbs, affected by the history of labor shortages after World War II, and there are many kebab shops around. The front desk was Arab. I was a little distracted when I first checked in (because the front desk was in the bar), but then I got along, people were good, and the attitude was very good. Overall evaluation Convenient location and good attitude of the front desk staff. But if you have basic requirements for sleep quality, privacy, sound insulation and hygiene, this hotel may not be suitable. If you have the opportunity to improve curtains and sound insulation, the experience will be much better."

"The environment is good, close to the subway station, but the people in the hotel basically do not speak English. There are supermarkets, drugstores and post offices nearby. The hotel’s keys cannot be taken out, leaving the keys at the front desk every time you go out. But I was in Berlin for three days and it was very comfortable to live here. But the breakfast here is super hard to eat. Super ugly!"

"Hotel is ok but very basic. It's about 15 minutes walk from the s bahn, in an industrial estate.  Our advertised double and single bed room was just two single beds, which were OK but not as listed.  Biggest criticism is that there was no hot water in the shower or sink. Despite running the shower for a long time it was only off-cold, never hot.  For the money the hotel was ok but there are many better ones"
