"I booked the room for 1 night as I was attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. I was very happy with the cost of £73 for the night for a Superior Single room. The staff were friendly & welcoming. My room was on the 4th floor. The lift was very noisy which was a bit of a worry but it worked ok. The room was small with nowhere for me to put my small suitcase. When I first opened my room door I was met with a very noisy portable air con unit. Thankfully the heatwave earlier in the week had eased so I turned off the air con unit. The furnishings & bedding in the room were a little bit tired for a 4* hotel but ok. There were complimentary toiletries, bathroom robe & tea, coffee & a small packet of biscuits. I’d asked for a quiet room if possible & that’s what I got. I had a shower the next morning but it took a while to heat up. Also a non-adjustable monsoon shower head which could be an issue for some. Also part of the shower drain edge was broken. I didn’t pay for a breakfast upon booking as wanted to keep my options open. Both the Trip website & the signs in the hotel stated the cost of the buffet breakfast was £14 but the staff said it was £15. I decided on the breakfast in the end. There was plenty of choice even if the bacon & sausages were a bit dried out but that’s to be expected with a hot buffet breakfast. Caffeine free coffee was also available. I was happy with my short stay at The Rockwell & would definitely book again."

"The hotel is very new, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied. It's really close to the subway, and there are plenty of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. Getting to all the main landmarks and attractions was super convenient."

"A lovely hotel in an excellent location - a safe and quiet area. Good room for too people, with a nice and clean bathroom. We also had a small kitchen. Great value for this London area. Close to the tube station and good shops. Would definitely consider it next time."

"Fantastic holiday especially the staff.very helpful and met our needs at every level.real nice staff to be honest. The only thing I'd like to point out when at the bar they took a service charge for pouring 2 beers.i didn't realise this was appropriate as it wasn't the restaurant and we didn't order food.just 2 pints.so I don't feel the need they have to take a service charge because on the first night they didn't.but overall it was very nice room."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ It is located in the charming riverside area of Wandsworth, which feels much quieter and more local than central London. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Wandsworth Town railway station, and it takes just four stops (about 16 minutes) to reach Waterloo Station, making it very convenient to get into the city without having to squeeze onto the Underground. There is also a 24-hour supermarket right next to the hotel, which was extremely convenient for picking up snacks, drinks, or any essentials. The rooms are a little dated, but they were very clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Jake at the front desk, who was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the coffee was unfortunately not very good."

"It's really close to the station. While it's a bit far for getting to East London, it's great for the West and central areas. The staff service is absolutely excellent! Everyone is very friendly."

"I stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington London for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, the experience was pleasant and met my expectations. The service level was acceptable, and the hotel staff were generally helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is just a short walk from Earl’s Court Underground Station, making it very convenient to travel around London. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including KFC, McDonald’s, and Greggs, which is great for travellers looking for quick and affordable meals. The main area for improvement would be the hotel amenities. While the room was comfortable enough for a short stay, I believe the overall guest experience could be enhanced by upgrading and expanding the available amenities. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travellers who value convenience, accessibility, and a strategic location in London."

"The environment is elegant and serene. In the mornings, when you open the window, the fragrant scent of flowers from the garden below wafts in. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, completely free of any noise. The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and even a hospital all within walking distance. Both female staff members I encountered during check-in and check-out were exceptionally warm, gracious, and attentive 🌹. A truly satisfying stay! 👍"

"The rooms are quite small, with barely enough space to accommodate two pieces of luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection is very limited and does not offer good value for money, so I would not recommend paying extra for it. They also don’t do room service. That said, the location is excellent - just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, making it convenient for getting around in London."
