Lovely room and comfortable bed. Great pool and gym. The breakfast was ok but staff slow in replenishing. Evening meals on expensive side and staff could be friendlier. But nice hotel.

The hotel feels quite new, and the lobby offers free drinks and a space for guests to relax. The room and bathroom were larger than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. The area around the hotel is quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The only minor drawback is that the hairdryer cord is a bit short, making it difficult to style your hair in front of the mirror.

About 10 minutes walk from Ealing Boardway Underground to the hotel, many restaurants nearby, such as McDonald's, KFC, Wasabi sushi restaurants and M & S, etc.! The hotel check-in check out is self-service, and you can also call the receptionist to help. It has always been the pattern of Premier Inn , but this room has no bathtub, only the shower room, and the water is very slow. It leaks out of the tank after a few minutes. Because I booked two rooms on different floors, there are shower rooms to cut the water! Everything else is satisfied!

The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you.
The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water.
All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day.
With a stay at Travelodge London Chiswick High Road, you'll be all set to unwind after a day of travel.

Hotel 30-35 minutes from the city center by metro. The rooms are small but clean, except for the carpet full of crumbs and other debris. The kettle, as well as the bathroom dispensers, are caked on. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The lobby and rooms are clean. The quality and price are fair. A supermarket, metro, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a good stay.

Wonderful, charming hotel with a fantastic location!”
This is a fantastic hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, right near Kew Gardens, making it easy to visit both the gardens and nearby Richmond.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially a young woman from Poland at the front desk. She was so warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful—she really made our my special.
The room itself was very cozy and welcoming, giving you the feeling of a traditional English home or bedroom. The hotel is very quiet, and the surrounding street felt safe and peaceful.
I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great
GGuest UserCheck in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!
__alalei_【A Must for Business Trips】The location is perfect for work! It's close to the business district and subway station. The room has a spacious workspace with plenty of power outlets. The printing and copying services are efficient, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed even when working late at night. The value for money far exceeds other hotels of its kind~
SSarthak BWas alright, especially if you have a flight to catch from Heathrow. I guess there are some aspects where cleanliness could be improved especially for the public areas. But otherwise good enough, the room was clean, and the internet was decent. Hotel also had a mini bar(albeit prices were expensive).
Also, having stayed at Moxy Hotels previously I was aware of the complimentary cocktail which I was not iffered this time around. It would have been nice if I was as a part of check-in.
TTravel around the world FannySo far so good
Price in London is reasonable
Hotel parking need to be paid but so common in London £15 per day
Room not bad at least clean
Very close to station
Staff always too busy need to wait for like 15-30mins to ask them
For help
GGuest UserOut of town and good for overnight stay if you are attending events nearby.
Stayed for two nights, cleaning clothes and wipes were left on the table on the second day.
There were no towels in the room, and I had to call the reception to get it when I got back late the following day.
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.
LLadySaharaStayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets.
Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided.
Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
TTasie FernandesThe location is excellent with very good transport links, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was available and offered a nice start to the day. I also enjoyed the dining experience — the food was satisfying and well presented. The reception staff were especially helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice for visiting London.
GGuest UserThe room was very small. London hotels are notoriously expensive, so the price for this one was fairly standard. I ended up booking Hilton hotels for the rest of my trip because, honestly, the overall quality and value here just don't compare to what you get for your money in China, but I suppose that's just the reality of prices in the UK. On the positive side, the transportation links were excellent, making it very convenient to explore.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and warm-hearted. The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
