Hotels near Hackney, London

This was the first hotel in the UK that I've stayed at. It's a bit far from the city center, but public transportation is very convenient, with both subway and bus lines nearby. The walk from the subway station to the apartment is quite lively, passing snack bars, supermarkets, pubs, and even a cinema. During the day, you'll see many Indian-owned '10-yuan shops' and phone repair places, which gives it a vibe similar to a third or fourth-tier city in China. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, but I didn't use it much, except for making instant noodles. The bedding was just okay, and while the bathroom was spacious, its other amenities were also average. However, compared to other hotels I had booked, the value for money was decent.

Excellent accommodation whilst on a London trip, 3 nights and no complaints really. Lovely rooms including a fridge, safe and tea and coffee. Rooms also have iron and board plus hair dryer. Quality free Toiletries however shampoo was empty. Rooms recently refurbished however bathroom a bit tired. Excellent choice for breakfast and good quality. Room wasn't ready but received a voucher for free drinks which are very expensive, £9 a beer! Staff are superb and intuitive. Negative....pillows are very soft. Would definitely return.

The environment is comfortable and clean, the room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and functional. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's location is convenient, the surroundings are quiet, and the soundproofing is also good. Overall, the experience was great, offering excellent value for money. I would choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

I had the small room with en suite. The room is perfect for solo travellers or even couples or friends. The bathroom could be more cleaner. There was scaling and mould on the surrounding of the shower and the cabinet in the bathroom. The location is great. There’s bus stop right outside and Hackney Central overground 2 minutes away. There’s also cafes nearby and shops for any last minute shopping needed. The check in process was quick. There’s only one lift so can be slow sometimes.

I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. For the price, we were very happy with Cherry! We just needed a place to sleep after busy days in London, so comfortable beds was the #1 requirement for us, and it was met! The location was convenient to the underground which was our #2 priority. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was just an added bonus! The only criticism I could give would be that the baseboards were a bit dusty, but that wasn't a problem for us since my kids are older and weren't crawling around the floor. The price with a comfy bed and friendly staff can't be beat!

From the reception staff everything amazing . All very helpful and ensured I had anything needed and all the information required for my stay and local attractions and transportation. Rooms, Breakfast, location and staff was 10/10 and would definitely come back.

We weren't able to go on the day we intend to check in due to some medical reasons. They were so kind to accommodate us in a different date. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful apartment, which feels like a home! Stunning views from 19th floor, whole vibe is just so giving! Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. AC was slightly problematic and we had to ask for towels at reception on our arrival, but I would still rate this place as 10/10!

This is the most welcoming hotel I've ever stayed at in the UK. From the smiles during check-in to the warm greetings every time I entered or left the hotel during my stay, and the well wishes upon check-out, the front desk at this small hotel truly felt like family. The room wasn't large, but it was just right for one person. The executive room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine, iron, mini-fridge, and safe to meet guests' daily needs. If there's any shortcoming, the hotel needs to improve the daily maintenance of its facilities and equipment. The hotel hasn't been open for very long, but the condition of some facilities is not quite satisfactory (such as the faucets in the rooms and the restrooms in the public areas). Also, don't buy the hotel breakfast 🤣 The hotel currently doesn't offer a traditional English breakfast, only a continental breakfast (cold dishes) for £14 per person, which is really not worth it. In short, this is a boutique hotel with an excellent location and service, perfect for travel or business trips.

I was impressed from the moment I entered the hotel. The safety of the guests was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. But most importantly, I was impressed with the service of the staff. Everyone was very attentive to the customers.
