The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station.
The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table.
Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection.
Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka.

I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule.
My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻
Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖

This hotel is right above a subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. However, for this Kanto trip, several hotels, including this one, used self-service check-in kiosks, which I found a bit inconvenient and lacking a personal touch. Last year, all the hotels in the Kanto region had manual check-ins, which felt much better. The picture is of the Hoki Museum in Chiba, which was also the reason I stayed here for a night.

It was really quiet, and having a double door to the room meant I never heard any noise! The bed was much bigger than I expected, which was great – plenty of space for two people. There seemed to be a lot of pubs and convenience stores around the accommodation too!

The smoking room smell is greatly reduced by ventilation, thanks to the air purifier, air conditioning, and balcony in each room.
The rooms also have microwaves and good hot water pressure! This hotel is perfect for a one-night stay.

I'm so happy to have found such a satisfying place to stay during my trip to Japan, and I'm leaving this review. The location is close to the downtown area, yet tucked away in a quiet alley. After a long day of exploring the bustling city, stepping into the room felt like entering another world. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon check-in, and I was so grateful for their detailed explanations in English, even though my Japanese isn't very good.
Above all, the room was incredibly clean and neatly maintained, and it was filled with the uniquely Japanese minimalist sensibility. The bedding was comfortable and clean, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom, while small, had a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The amenities were also high quality, so I barely used any of the products I brought.
There were plenty of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a quick bite or grab a few necessities. The proximity to public transportation was also a huge help in planning my itinerary. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a place. If I ever return to Japan, I'd love to stay here again. It truly enhanced the quality of my trip.

I stayed here for an exam.
It's far from the station, so I can't say it's in a good location.
It took about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station.
There are a few restaurants around.
Breakfast was buffet style and delicious.
There were no vending machines, but you could buy drinks at the front desk.
It was nice that it had a large public bath.
This hotel's location is the near of Chiba Station. All of the staffs are well-mannered.It has a good facilities. The reservation are available. The room is wide and refreshable.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Chiba Station. It is very close to a small supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping and breakfast. The management is also very good. There is a large free dining area downstairs with a microwave, hot water and tableware for guests to use.
The room itself is very comfortable, with all the facilities that a single person should have, but it seems that the room booked by Ctrip is x04, which Japanese people don’t like, and there is a very obvious odor in the room on the 6th floor, probably from the carpet. In order to eliminate this smell, I have to open the window as much as possible and keep the air purifier on. In contrast, the room on the 5th floor where my friend lives does not have this problem. I hope the hotel can improve this problem on the 6th floor.

Amazing
Mmuahcheetoo much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE.
Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful.
Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!!
Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller.
Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!
KKuznetsovEEThe hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station.
The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard.
I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine.
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind.
Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately.
It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.
KKyoko_.One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel lobby is really grand and gilded! The room size is decent, and the panoramic elevators offer great night views. Nearby, you'll find an outlet mall, Aeon, McDonald's, and convenience stores. There don't seem to be many drugstores around, but they do offer luggage storage.
GGuest UserI booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion.
The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.
MML33Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party.
Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this.
Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead.
Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times.
Pros:
Next building there's a Donki and lawson
Opp is a 7-11
Onsen is nice
초초코릿The room was the same size as other business hotels, and although it was a little far from the station, it was easy to find as it was along the road.
When I entered the room after checking in, it smelled strongly of cigarette paper, so I wish there had been a bit more ventilation. This was disappointing as I hate the smell of cigarette paper and smoke iQOS.
NNazanins diaryThis was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience.
The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far.
Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips.
GGuest UserIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
