Facilities: Basic toiletries are conveniently self-service and available by the elevator. Service: The front desk staff's English is good, and they patiently guide you through the check-in process. Environment: It's very close to the station, so all your usual food, drinks, and convenience stores are within 500m. The rooms are much larger compared to typical Tokyo accommodations. P.S. For my fellow Chinese compatriots who need hot water, remember to ask the front desk for a kettle, as it's not standard in the rooms. You can leave it in the room when you check out. Breakfast: Simple, just sandwiches and coffee or black tea. You'll definitely need to supplement it if you plan an active morning. If you want to pack it to go, you'll need to bring your own bag. The good thing is it starts early, from 7 AM.

An absolutely amazing experience! It's just a 5-minute walk from Atami Station and also 5 minutes from the beach, making the location incredibly convenient. The room was exactly like the pictures, even better in person – very spacious and clean. The proprietress was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a lot of help. On the day we left, she even drove us to the station. It was a perfectly wonderful stay, so much so that I'd come back to Atami just for this inn! Highly recommend!

The room was okay, and the ocean view was amazing to look at all day. Atami is a great place to explore at a leisurely pace, and I'm sure staying at this hotel would be even better during the fireworks festival. However, it's a bit of a bummer that the ¥2,000 refund for not having the room cleaned can only be used at the hotel shop. And after I used it up, they asked me to pay the hot spring tax in cash without clearly telling me if that ¥2,000 could have been used to cover it. 🙄

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

Location: Not on the main Atami beach, a bit further east. The lobby is on the 6th floor, and getting to the beach requires walking uphill. Room: Spacious and comfortable, with a slightly obstructed sea view due to a road in front. Hot Spring: The onsen experience was good, and the facilities were clean. The downside is that the open-air bath (rotenburo) and the main public bath (daikyu-jo) are separate and not directly accessible from one another; reservations are also required in advance. The private baths (kashikiri-furo) were constantly fully booked during Golden Week. I really enjoyed the late-night noodles and the massage chairs, though they were in the same area and the smell was quite strong.

Very clean and good location. Can view nice hanabi from the guesthouse. Many thanks to the owner good advise on watching the hanabi. Nice onsen as well. Friendly reminder to bring own amenities (including tower).

The hotel sign is easy to find; just turn left as soon as you exit the station and you'll see it immediately. Furthermore, check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, making it ideal for those staying only one night and not having high accommodation requirements. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and uncluttered, and the amenities were all the bare minimum. All the meals were delicious, and while the main fish and meat dishes were brought to you by staff, if you wanted more you could pick up food from the buffet corner - a style I've never experienced anywhere else, but I thought was great. I was traveling alone, and the style was comfortable for a solo traveler, allowing me to enjoy leisurely meals in the morning and evening. The cold pumpkin soup at dinner was particularly delicious, and I had seconds. I wondered how they managed to create that flavor... It became a memorable taste of my trip.

This hotel offers stunning hilltop views of the sea, especially beautiful at night. Make sure to take a taxi from the station, as there's a very steep hill to get there. The hotel service is excellent, and the place is clean and tidy. We booked a corner room with dual-aspect windows, and it even had a bathtub. Enjoying a drink on the balcony while admiring the night view was a highlight. There's also a fantastic teppanyaki restaurant at the foot of the hill (no English menu, though) that's delicious and reasonably priced.

The mattresses and bedding are from premium brands, and even the restaurant uses WMF cutlery. These details show that the hotel isn't just focused on appearances; it's genuinely committed to perfecting its offerings. 3️⃣ Hospitality and Experience The overall operation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to hospitality. The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. While these are small touches, they highlight the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience. 4️⃣ Dining Experience Breakfast follows a refined Kaiseki-style with a French rhythm, served course by course, with the entire meal lasting nearly an hour. The dishes are few but of excellent quality, truly a 'small but exquisite' culinary journey. 5️⃣ Service Experience While Japanese hotels generally offer good service, this one particularly touched me. Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant. 6️⃣ Location and View The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling. Overall, this is a high-end hotel that strikes an excellent balance in design, service, views, and quality. The experience is almost flawless.
