"I stayed in a single room for a concert.
Although the building is older, it has a calm atmosphere, is very clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was delicious, and I would like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Niigata."
"I chose this hotel because of its reputation as an old-school establishment, but I was a little disappointed.
1. I have a permanent residence in Japan, so it's understandable that the front desk would ask for my residence card. However, they also insisted on making a copy of my ID, which no other hotel in Japan has ever done, and I found that quite perplexing.
2. There were still hairs from the previous guest stuck to the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, which is simply unacceptable. I wanted to ask the front desk about it, but I was too tired in the evening to even bother.
3. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good and varied, and the window seats offered a nice view of the city."
"Positives:
- Very close to the station
- Modern hotel and modern room
- Plenty of room space
- Polite and friendly staff
- Large bed
Negatives:
- Bathroom seems ”forgotten about” - Rest of hotel is spacious and modern. But the bathroom was tiny with very little space and felt out of place with the rest of the hotel. Bath was very narrow and small
Overall:
Very good location and modern hotel. Bathroom just stopped it from getting perfect score"
"This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious."
"It was good value for the price. The staff were friendly, and all the necessary amenities were provided. However, it is a bit of a distance from the station."
"This might be the best APA hotel in Niigata! 😌
The large public bath 🛁 is a must-have! ✨
They have a large number of rooms, so you can always find a room even at the last minute! ✨
It's a bit of a walk from the downtown area, 🚶♀️.
The station is within walking distance, but I'm not sure if I'll walk. 😌
The convenience store 🏪 is on the first floor, so it's convenient. ✨
This time, I'm eating at Niigata Station, but they serve pho. 😊
If you arrive by Shinkansen 🚄, be sure to try it first! ✨
Even if you're on a diet, this is fine! ✨
Everyone, please give it a try! ☺️

Address: Niigata Station, 1st Floor"
"Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly."
"Located in an area of Niigata Furumachi where many long-established restaurants gather, this is the perfect location for those who want to base themselves in Furumachi. There is a large public bath, though small, so you can relax and unwind. The breakfast is as you would expect from Niigata, with delicious rice and satisfying contents. The staff are also kind and polite. The fact that they are able to offer such a reasonable price is an amazing corporate effort that I am truly grateful for."
"This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The breakfast was also very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The underground parking is a good bonus too. There was a lovely and very enthusiastic grandma at breakfast. I love everything about this hotel, and if I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I love Niigata, such a charming place."
"I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided."

Great
Xxy2428595311Direct access to the Sado Kisen ferry terminal from inside the hotel, so no need to go out in the rain. It's about a 15-minute walk to Bandai Bridge. Breakfast is 2800 yen, which isn't cheap, but the curry is pretty good. I got a free room upgrade when I checked in, which was lucky. There's also a direct elevator to the observation deck. The hotel building also houses the Korean and Russian consulates. Both the room and the observation deck offer nice views.
Ttraveller from CebuCheck in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance.
Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya.
Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance.
Bic Camera just across street.
Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.
GGuest UserMy son and I stayed one night in the cheapest room without meals.
It was an old inn, but it had an open-air bath and was not too bad.
There were three smoking areas, and from the smoking area in front of the large bath we could enjoy a leisurely cigarette while looking out over the garden.
KKeeeeeeeeeeeIt was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath.
The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably.
The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good.
I think it is a good hotel in Cospa.
It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from Niigata Station, there is a convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants and food around.
The room is spacious, comfortable, bright and clean! Highly recommended
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was dated, using the physical key system for the room. Amenities were lacking compared to many other hotels. Room heating worked well but the water temperature was unstable. The room was dark even with all lights switched on.
IIYAClean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, parking is also convenient. In short, it is highly recommended for parents and children. If you drive in Xinyi, choose this one, the service is great!
GGuest UserQuite an old hotel, air conditioner is centrally controlled. Would be nice if the ventilation is better. Location is good, near Bandai City and Niigata station. The view from Bandai City facing the river is great.
MMcMurrayEnjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)
