"Great location, very convenient for getting around. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't ideal. There are too many Koreans in Fukuoka these days! Some Koreans were being incredibly noisy at 1 AM, like pigs squealing! I wonder if, as people from one of Asia's four developed nations, they ever received an education."

"I had a great stay here. The room was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Japan, though the decor is a bit dated and shows the hotel’s age. The bathroom doesn’t have a separate wet/dry zone, but the bathtub is much larger than what you typically find in other hotels, which was a nice plus. The location is unbeatable. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is perfect since buses are the most convenient way to get around Fukuoka—even better than the train! If you do need the subway, the station is less than 300 meters away. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Tenjin area. Highly recommended for the convenience!"

"The hotel's facilities are relatively new, and the hardware conditions appear to be quite good. However, there's still room for improvement in daily maintenance and detailed cleaning. Occasionally, I noticed some dust and slight mold in the room, and the cleanliness inside the refrigerator could also be better. The room size, as is typical for Japan, is on the compact side, but considering the overall price point, it's quite reasonable. The gym, although not large, is equipped with Technogym machines, which is a plus for those with a fitness routine. My experience with the laundry room was rather average; my clothes even had mud-like stains after washing. Since there are only three washing machines, if a previous guest takes a long time to retrieve their laundry, I suggest the hotel post clearer notices, perhaps indicating that the front desk can assist, to avoid inconveniencing subsequent guests. Overall, the hygiene performance was decent, which might be due to a higher number of group travelers. However, considering the price, facilities, and overall condition, it's still a good value-for-money option and an acceptable choice."

"Honestly wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone. location is good and near the airport but facilities were really lacking. Family of 3 but there was only a double bed (sinking and thin mattress) and a super thin futon bed. It was a very uncomfortable stay for two nights for all three of us. Space is pretty small, I think maximum capacity should be two. It was expensive as well (Not sure if it’s due to the Japanese Holidays or the Arashi concert lol). Would only stay if I’m desperate or want to be super near airport (5-10mins drive)"

"The location is great! It is close to the subway station and near Naka River. You can walk to Yatai Zone in a short distance. It is also near Donki, MatsuKiyo, Kawabata Shopping Street and Ichiran Ramen Original Store. The hotel has a luxury design. The room is cozy. Even though it is 12 sq.m., I can still unpack my 28-inch luggage by moving the chair aside. There are pajamas provided. Great facilities overall, but the water temperature was a not that hot (I expected it to be hotter). You can drop your luggage at the hotel. You can borrow an umbrella. Free beer provided in the evening at the bar. The staff is very nice, very welcoming and very helpful."

"The hotel is very close to Hakata subway station, which is convenient for shopping and dining at AMU anytime. You can take the subway or bus to get anywhere, which is super convenient. The room is a bit small, but for the same price, it's actually quite spacious compared to Tokyo or Osaka hotels 🤣. All in all, if you spend most of your time exploring, it's a very convenient option."

"The room is quite small, and it’s a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time — we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasn’t available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed."

"The hotel is quite Hi-tech you should pre register online once you do a booking in order to receive pin to do check in and get your room no. Hotel itself super clean but no daily cleaning service. Surround hotels has convenience store. In room itself provide all amanities and you can wash your clothes as in room provide washing machine. And you can do easy cooking in room as well. Room is quite big you can store your luggage in room."

"This hotel was the start and end of our Fukuoka trip with a road trip out and other Ryokan stays in between. Im glad I found this hotel as room vibe and feel is very important to me. The mattress and pillows were good and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start to my first breakfast in FUK. I loved it so much. The only thing is the room size. My tip is to slide your largest luggage to the gap next to window, prop up on the luggage stand for more space. Overall 100% recommend."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering every question we had with a great attitude. The room was super clean. Even though the space wasn't huge, it had everything we could possibly need—especially the microwave and washing machine, which were total lifesavers. It was so convenient to buy local food back to the room and heat it up. There was also a nice round table in the room that gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meals. Downstairs in the lobby, they offer free welcome drinks and an ice machine. In the scorching summer heat, being able to grab an ice-cold drink whenever we wanted was amazing! Another cool feature was the big LED screen in the lobby—it let us explore local sightseeing spots, and the information was incredibly detailed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"
