As always, upon entering All Seasons, I was greeted by a lovely tea fragrance. The front desk staff speak Chinese and can also help with currency exchange and booking taxis, so the service is excellent. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, very close to the airport, and peacefully overlooks the Mekong River. The breakfast is also delicious, with both Chinese and Western options, which is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has been newly renovated and is incredibly clean with no musty smell at all. The air conditioning is cold. The reception staff and housekeepers took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The bed was soft and the pillows were clean. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and the staff were so kind; they let us check in immediately since a room was available. Breakfast was provided, offering fried rice, salad, stir-fried basil, fried eggs, fruit, and orange juice. For those who prefer hot dishes, you can order pho, which was absolutely delicious!

Traveling to Vientiane with friends, we were lucky to find a hotel operated by fellow Chinese, which made everything so easy! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the popular tourist area. It's just a short walk to French Street and the Mekong River Night Market. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The self-service breakfast was delicious. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the night market and grabbing coffee. The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze. We were extremely satisfied! If you're coming to Vientiane, I highly recommend this place – you can book it with your eyes closed, no regrets! Excellent value for money!

A cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

Clean and good quality hotel. On the downside, the air conditioning let a large puddle of water inside when it started to rain outside. At breakfast, where we arrived half an hour before it was due to end, the hot food had run out. The picture shows all the protein I could find in the thermal bath. There wasn't even an omelet or eggs available in the open kitchen.

acceptable for the price. clean, friendly staff, close to everything. the room (double room) was very tiny, ac working but not great. we put it on 18 but it was still quite warm in the room. mattress was far away from soft but also not hard like a brick. they offer free drinking water dispenser but moat of the time it was empty or not working.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I especially love the spacious room types; the overall layout is grand and airy, completely free from the cramped feeling of typical hotels. Staying for several days doesn't feel stifling at all; the cozy atmosphere makes it feel just as comfortable as being at home. The room is well-sectioned with a separate living room and bedroom, and it even thoughtfully includes a small kitchen. Even if I don't use it daily, it shows that the facilities are very complete and well-equipped, providing a truly excellent living experience.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

This hotel boasts an excellent location near the Mekong River, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The highlight is definitely the rooftop pool, offering beautiful views, especially in the evening when you can capture stunning photos of the city and river. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service, making for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
