SSuphaphan Xumsai Na AyudhayaWe arrived at the hotel before noon and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from the moment we landed. The hotel arranged seamless airport transportation, making our arrival stress-free.
The front desk team was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. They kindly offered us an early check-in and upgraded us to a better room immediately, rather than having us wait for the room we had originally booked. They also accommodated a late check-out request (subject to availability) and arranged our airport transfer upon departure.
The outstanding service, flexibility, and attention to detail made this a perfect business trip. Highly recommended.

BBudsara ArchawakijgosolThe hotel has been newly renovated and is incredibly clean with no musty smell at all. The air conditioning is cold. The reception staff and housekeepers took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The bed was soft and the pillows were clean. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and the staff were so kind; they let us check in immediately since a room was available. Breakfast was provided, offering fried rice, salad, stir-fried basil, fried eggs, fruit, and orange juice. For those who prefer hot dishes, you can order pho, which was absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserProfessional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic reception. My days were beautiful staying in a very good location and easy to walk around visiting temples. I am not expected the break fast complimentary but I get my simple breakfast boiled rice and sandwiches with coffee. The room is clean, toliet is clean. Thank you for a memorable time in Vientiane. Mixay paradise hotel will not make you disappointed... They deserved good score and highly recommendation.

GGuest UserThe room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

It's super close to the scenic area, and parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay. They have an outdoor pool and a gym, which I used daily for my workout before going for a swim.
