"We had a wonderful experience, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Fifi at the Front Desk and Sri Saifirman at the Concierge. Fifi was incredibly proactive, attentive and provided superb customer service. Her genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Sri was always all smiles whenever we walked past, making us feel genuinely welcomed every single time. His positive attitude and friendly presence added a special touch to our experience. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were especially touched that Fifi and Sri actually took the effort to look for us. When they couldn’t find us in our room, they even searched for us on Level 22 just to make sure they could deliver their surprise. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms were also fantastic ,beautifully maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. They were spotless, well-equipped and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Fifi and Sri Saifirman, for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. Your outstanding hospitality, together with the excellent rooms, made this a stay we will always remember. Highly recommended!"

"The room was not too small, clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Free drinking water and coffee were provided. There was also a hair dryer and hot water available. However, personal items like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Aaron was friendly, cheerful, and supportive throughout the stay. There was also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. In addition, there is hawker center nearby, making it easy to find food and local dishes 😊"

"I was back here after a while..there were some small changes here and there. Yes..keep it up for improvements! I requested for checking out at 1.00pm the next day and told the staff to take note so that their other staff would be aware as well. They said that it would be noted in the system. However, I still received a call just before 12 noon but I did not answer it as I was in the bathroom. Hmmm..oh well.. All else were acceptable for a short stay. Thank you."

"This has become my go-to hotel whenever I need to outstation from Malaysia to Singapore. I’ve stayed here many times and the experience has always been consistently good. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. One thing I really appreciate is that the food options nearby are halal-friendly, which makes everything much more convenient for me during work trips. The room also comes with a bidet, which is a big plus and something not every hotel provides. Overall, very comfortable stay every time and highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers."

"10/10 for location, cleanliness of the rooms, good pool with view, organised restaurant, good linens and towels and good interior. The flavoured yoghurt on the breakfast is good, put many pumpkin seeds on it 👌😋 Suggestion: a grommet hole in the ledge of the bar where the kettle is will be very good to add so you can just slip the power cord to reach the power outlet. To improve: Staff should be welcoming, cheerful and warm to elevate the guest experience. Note: the information on the TV says breakfast starts at 6:30am but they actually start at 7am."

"Service: The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Facilities: The room wasn't very large, but the space was utilized efficiently. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt. Environment: There are two large shopping malls downstairs which make life very convenient, and there's a direct connection to the subway above ground via a skybridge."

"Good for a 2 night stay, very basic and small but what you pay for. Great budget food options just across the road and a 7 eleven downstairs. Staff were very friendly and the cleaner couldn’t have been more helpful😊 the room had a private bathroom with shampoo provided. The room had a kettle, tea and coffee provided, bottled water and a Tv. Near the train station and bus station to take you into the centre !!"

"It was too noisy! I booked the most expensive room type, but they still gave me a room facing the street, which was incredibly loud, really, really noisy. Luckily, we were so tired from sightseeing during the day that we could still sleep. But seriously, it was so loud, and the cleanliness was just mediocre. It's really not as good as a domestic chain hotel. It's convenient to take the bus from here, but the subway station is a fifteen-minute walk with uphill and downhill sections. Overall, I don't recommend it! This is the first time I've ever booked such a disappointing hotel..."

"Homix Hotel is a budget option in Singapore with a handy location and affordable rates. However, the property has noticeable maintenance issues: the shower head fell off, the sink is stuck, wireless charging is out of order, the mirror light does not work, and the bed handle is loose. You will also face compact rooms and occasional noise disturbances. Not recommended if you expect well-maintained facilities."
