Got free upgrade to executive room..big room with cooking appliances and washing machine.. Room tidy n clean very..comfort Induction cooker need to improve as it easiler overheated and need to wait quite a while to cool down in order to use again. Food will be affected while induction cooker not heated..

Quiet and peaceful location with well-maintained facilities including an open space balcony with furnitures complimented by a breath-taking view of the surrounding landscape.

The room was quite small, and so was the bed, but it did have a fridge. Hot water worked fine, and overall cleanliness was acceptable, though the sheets had some yellow stains I couldn't identify. Public transport is convenient nearby, and it's very close to West Coast Park. There are also restaurants on the back streets of NUS, making daily life quite convenient.

This hotel was great! Reasonable price, clean, and I'd definitely stay here again next time. We had a wonderful time visiting the Singapore Zoo, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Clarke Quay. The hotel is also very close to Orchard Road!

I love their spacious kitchen - where you can cook small items or heat up your food, and the loft bed in the room - where I have my own cozy little sleeping space to rest. The only turn off was that there were a lot of murmurs around downstairs from Indians loitering around at night, so it will be nice to bring your own noise reduction ear buds if you want to have a peaceful rest.

The room was a bit small; opening the door with a suitcase in the way was a tight squeeze. This is quite typical for Singapore at this price point. The facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. It's very close to NUS, which was convenient as I was visiting with my child. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 7-Eleven and a Chinese supermarket right outside, and bus stops are easily accessible. Overall, it offers good value for money. The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese.

Nice, we stayed a night after USS trip. It was quite relaxing. Pluspoint cos got ourselves a smoking room !

Ugh, I forgot to take photos, so I'll use some random ones instead. First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

let’s me say my thinking: 1/ when I arrived it was uncomfortable situation on reception by asking me if I’m sure that I want to have one bed cuz there were two guys. We fine with both, but I don’t think that it is reception business who sleeps how. For me I like big bed and two blankets that give you more space. Especially with friend I travel for years; 2/ I never tried swimming pool so I have no idea if it is good or not; 3/ I have to admit beddings and pillows are very good quality and very clean, no objections, this is 100% satisfied; 4/ room is very “tired”. The carpet done of the pieces, it is very old; 5/ room smells moldy and a/c doesn’t work good enough to dry it, so due to high humidity it is not so good; 6/ I remember that 4* hotel should provide you with 3 types of towel for person: face, hands, body towels, however you will get one. Yes, they change it everyday, but it will be one per day. Besides, the quality is very low and sometimes old with holes; 7/ all environment is old and broken: shower, cabinet, old and smelly carpet; 8/ if you use toilet be sure: other will be disturbed by lights and by whatever you do in toilet - 0 of privacy; 9/ we had only one lamp in the shower, it was feeling so dark, like im in the house basement. Conclusion: location good and beddings clean. Rest not. I suggest to pay 50$ more per night but get something much better.

Everything was great, just a bit too expensive. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was excellent. It's conveniently located, very close to the shopping center. The service was warm and friendly, and the facilities were convenient.
