Hotels near Central Phuket, Phuket

The hotel reception has a tall, medium-built, slightly dark-skinned female staff member who speaks excellent Chinese and is very charming. Her service is exceptional; she understood all my requests and helped me resolve them. For this price, in my home country, I'd barely get a budget hotel, and not even a well-located one at that. But here, I got a large room with excellent service. I highly, highly recommend it! Everything was perfect except that the AC wasn't turned on before I checked in. Also, right across from the hotel entrance, after exiting the parking lot, is Central, so there's no need to walk around.

The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer.

In the city center. 10 minutes walking distance from Central Phuket. A few minutes bike ride to Old Town. Half an hour drive to Kata beach. Clean and has what hotel should have. Room was very spacious. No breakfast. Can order Grab / 7-11 delivery or buy some food from Central the day before.

Choosing this hotel for our Phuket trip was such a smart decision! 🌈 The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the public areas are perfect for photos. Our room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The bathroom had excellent water pressure too. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the complimentary airport transfers were prompt, and the driver was friendly and chatty. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close to both the night market and the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I really liked it. The ambiance was pleasant, but it lacked a hairdryer and a mirror at the dressing table. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and the view from the 6th-7th floors was amazing, you could even see the Andamanda Water Park.

Overall ok. However, we experienced an issue in the bathroom where the floor drain was clogged, resulting in water pooling on bathroom. We hope this can be improve for future guess.

The accommodation was very clean and the bed was soft, making for a comfortable sleep. The reception staff were lovely, and the housekeeping staff provided great service. Although it's not a luxurious hotel, the cleanliness is top-notch – I'd say it's excellent and gets a pass! If I have the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

Room: Good, comfortable, and the A/C was cold. The hot water in the bathroom worked well, and the pillows were great, I slept very comfortably. Service: Easy check-in. Amenities: For parking, if 10 is the highest score, I'd give it a 2. I parked in spot number 6, but around 10 PM, I couldn't get out because I was double-parked, and I couldn't contact any staff or find the person who double-parked me. This meant I couldn't go anywhere. I really want to advise future guests that the parking is insufficient for the number of visitors. Guests lose their ability to go out if someone parks incorrectly. It's such a shame, I really hope the accommodation finds a solution for the parking situation.

1. The room's location was decent, in my opinion. I just took taxis everywhere, and the hotel offered a shuttle service within its premises (during specific hours). 2. The service was also good, and the staff's attitude was pleasant. One male front desk attendant was particularly thorough in explaining all the room's features and how to use them. I have no complaints about the service. 3. Hygiene was fine; it was quite clean. I'm not nitpicky, especially considering the price – only 220 for one night. 4. The whole room was very spacious, and it even had a jacuzzi tub and an infinity pool. The only drawback was that the furniture was a bit old and shaky. 5. The most important thing for me was the mirrors. The master bedroom had a mirror above the headboard and a huge mirror on the wall at the foot of the bed. There was also a dressing mirror to the right of the headboard. Foreigners might not mind, but as a timid Chinese person, I was genuinely scared. The mirrors at the head and foot of the bed created an infinite reflection, and I couldn't even look at them. I also couldn't look at the dressing mirror. I had to sleep sideways, and I felt inexplicably terrified. I couldn't wait until dawn, so I left around 6 AM. This was by far the most frightening of the four hotels I've stayed in. Plus, the environment was a bit wild; geckos would crawl in. I wasn't scared, but my partner was. He didn't sleep all night and even mentioned hearing knocking sounds on the window (which was probably some kind of insect hitting the glass, as there was lush vegetation nearby, attracting all sorts of geckos, toads, and birds chirping). Overall, everything else was great, but those mirrors were just too terrifying. If you don't mind them, it's perfectly fine to stay here. I'd give it an overall rating of about 4.6, no exaggeration. My fear of mirrors is a personal issue, though.

Convenient location near Old Phuket town, near by Central Phuket shopping center. Downside is they ask you for a cash deposit of 500THB for the room key. I don’t mind yet since is not said anywhere that yoh have to leave a deposit in cash it may be an issue. We did not have 500THB in cash we only had 1,000THB and they did not have change so we had to leave 1,000THB .
