NNou SrithirathWe enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall.
There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable.
The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement.
What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

Zzlian9The hotel is located in a bustling area, about a 10-minute walk from the city center night market, so the location is quite good. It's clean and tidy, and offers good value for money. I also saw many foreigners relaxing in the open-air restaurant. The breakfast was quite rich, with congee, coffee, and bread, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes.
There's a very unique restaurant just to the left when you exit, serving Thai hotpot and other dishes. Their coconut drinks are absolutely gorgeous, I loved them! 😘

The Thai-style architecture is grand and elegant, with an opulent lobby and beautiful garden and pool views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring soft bedding, excellent amenities, and good soundproofing. The service is professional and attentive, with warm and courteous staff. The convention center boasts large, well-equipped venues, making it perfect for business events and team-building. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a mix of Chinese, Western, and Thai dishes made with fresh ingredients. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained and offers great value for money. It's an excellent choice for business trips, conferences, or leisure stays, and a top pick for accommodation in Khon Kaen.

We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.”
The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us.
The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!

NNitahoridaThe room was small with old furniture, and overall, it wasn't clean. The AC wasn't cooling (no wonder there was a fan provided). The room and bathroom smelled musty. There was construction outside, with wastewater flowing everywhere, and the smell permeated the room, making it hard to breathe. Workers were constantly bustling around, and traffic was heavy, making parking difficult. In summary, it was nowhere near what was advertised; I was very unimpressed and it wasn't worth the 500+ baht. The room condition felt like something you'd get for 200-300 baht. Very disappointed, once was more than enough. 😔

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

เเที่ยวให้รู้The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
