The bed was a little too firm for my preference, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. While this is a matter of personal preference, it might be worth considering options for softer bedding or mattress toppers. The front desk staff during the day were friendly on my first day, but by the second day, I noticed a decline in service. I’m not sure what changed, but the level of attentiveness and hospitality didn’t feel the same. Additionally, I believe the front-line staff should improve their English skills, as clear communication is essential in a 5-star establishment catering to international guests. While the overall service was good, the hotel’s location is quite far from most attractions (except for the nearby outlets). This means you’ll need to rely on taxis frequently, which can add up in cost and time. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa, but based on the rest of the hotel’s standards, I imagine it would have been a great experience. Overall, while there were a few minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay. The location is incredibly convenient as it sits right within the airport complex, just a very short walk from the terminal building.The check-in process was smooth, quick, and the staff was professional and welcoming. My room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, completely soundproofed from the airport noise outside. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the amenities were exactly what a traveler needs to rest. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.If you want a stress-free, comfortable, and seamless stay right at Sabiha Gökçen, this hotel is definitely worth every penny. "The hotel is in a good location, a 5-minute taxi ride from Sabiha Airport. The rooms are a bit tired, there are no bathrobes, and the slippers are the cheapest kind. In the bathroom, you only get soap, shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner, all in dispensers. Some of the dispensers don't work. There's no toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, cotton pads, or similar amenities. The towels and bedding are spotless! There's tea, coffee, cups, and a kettle! The room is small! The breakfast is very modest, like what you'd find in an inexpensive three-star hotel. You won't go hungry, but you won't exactly enjoy it either! There's a shopping mall just across the road. Overall, it's okay, but we expected much more from a Hilton!!!"

The staff are very kind and attentive – their level of communication and care for guests is like that of a five-star hotel. Breakfast is good. The gym is small and windowless, but the equipment is high-quality. It's only about an 8-minute taxi ride from SAW airport. The metro is approximately an 18-minute walk on a flat road, with no inclines or declines. Despite its proximity to the airport, airplanes are completely inaudible – the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I gladly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back again."

"The hotel says is ”family friendly ” but they didn't allow us to enjoy the spa as a family, they didn't allow our 5 yeras old daughter to enter to the spa, then they told us that there is a side for mens and other for women.... They try to separate the whole family in a minute.... The room was ok, but the hotel leave only one big towel rather than 3 (one towel for each person) The room needs some maintenance, as the sheets had burn-like holes, the shower tray was somewhat moldy, and the sink was leaking. Near the hotel there is nothing to visit or to do. At the end we paid for the spa and we didn't use it. The breakfast was a bit poor. Not a European breakfast."

"The hotel got a nice lounge where we could spend time watching tv ,having food extra.Room was not clean enough, The Coustmer service was really good.The airport drop-off is fully free .It is appreciated that my flight was in early morning, and I got a free airport drop off early morning at 4.00 clock"
