"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive, especially the bedding which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Five-star recommendation!"
"I want to highlight the staff's responsiveness; they're great. The cleaning was decent. The breakfast is European, with options for everyone's taste. It's a bit far from the metro, about a 15-minute uphill walk. The noise level is average, with cars driving by until midnight. But overall, the hotel is a solid 4. The interior looks new and well-maintained. However, some everyday details aren't well thought out. Nevertheless, it offers excellent value for money!"
"We booked two rooms for 9 nights for 4 people, each with two beds. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptional, cleaning our rooms every day without fail. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and their demeanor was genuinely pleasant, contrary to some negative things I'd heard about Turkey. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel reception, which was a Mercedes van for 58 euros.
The location is fantastic, even though it's tucked away in some alleys, but that's just how Istanbul's terrain is. We were close to tourist attractions like Taksim Square and others. There's also a metro station nearby, about a 15-minute walk, near Cevahir Mall. Our booking didn't include breakfast, so unfortunately, I didn't get to try it, but I hope to next time. All the hotel staff were great."
"Loved the hotel, very good location on Sisli's main street, has everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean and has all the needed amenities, some toiletries could be added. There was no buffet for the breakfast because it is low season, but the provided breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."
"This hotel is relatively new, and the rooms aren't worn out. However, they are very small, and there's no coffee table in the room, making it difficult to even enjoy a cup of tea properly. The soundproofing is terrible! The bathroom is super compact! The staff are polite and helpful with recommendations. It's a 7-minute walk to the metro, with supermarkets, takeout options (pizza, kebabs, pide), and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a 4 out of 5; it lacks good coffee, and the hot food selection is almost the same every day, but you won't go hungry. Freshly squeezed juice is available for an extra charge."
"The room was a bit odd, very small, and there was no table or chairs. The bathroom glass was covered with stickers, and there was no window, only a light source, so it was bright all night. The free parking was a nice perk though."
"The team were incredibly friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed my stay and it was great value for money. Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome!"
"Everything was great. The location was excellent, and the reception staff were very helpful with everything. The hotel was very clean, quiet, reliable, and peaceful. I had a very pleasant stay."

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night, but even for such a short stay, it was fantastic. The receptionist was amazing; despite our early arrival at 8 AM, they did everything possible to expedite our check-in, and by 9:30 AM, our rooms were ready. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean, cozy, and, importantly, spacious, with clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the room. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast 🍳; we were with four teenage children, and everyone found something delicious to eat. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing and neat! I confidently give it a 5 out of 5. The location is great, close to the port, Galata Tower… Thank you for a wonderful day!
BBenpaoshengcaiThis hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.
