"We booked two rooms for 9 nights for 4 people, each with two beds. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptional, cleaning our rooms every day without fail. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and their demeanor was genuinely pleasant, contrary to some negative things I'd heard about Turkey. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel reception, which was a Mercedes van for 58 euros. The location is fantastic, even though it's tucked away in some alleys, but that's just how Istanbul's terrain is. We were close to tourist attractions like Taksim Square and others. There's also a metro station nearby, about a 15-minute walk, near Cevahir Mall. Our booking didn't include breakfast, so unfortunately, I didn't get to try it, but I hope to next time. All the hotel staff were great."

"Loved the hotel, very good location on Sisli's main street, has everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean and has all the needed amenities, some toiletries could be added. There was no buffet for the breakfast because it is low season, but the provided breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."

"This hotel is relatively new, and the rooms aren't worn out. However, they are very small, and there's no coffee table in the room, making it difficult to even enjoy a cup of tea properly. The soundproofing is terrible! The bathroom is super compact! The staff are polite and helpful with recommendations. It's a 7-minute walk to the metro, with supermarkets, takeout options (pizza, kebabs, pide), and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a 4 out of 5; it lacks good coffee, and the hot food selection is almost the same every day, but you won't go hungry. Freshly squeezed juice is available for an extra charge."

"The room was a bit odd, very small, and there was no table or chairs. The bathroom glass was covered with stickers, and there was no window, only a light source, so it was bright all night. The free parking was a nice perk though."
