Excellent location! Check in was very unpleasant as the man working was incredibly rude. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful. Room a little run down but it's a good price.

I have stayed at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Istanbul City Center several times before, and each time I have had the same level of satisfaction. The hotel’s location is very central and convenient for transportation. The service quality, cleanliness, and overall organization are truly commendable. The rooms are always very clean, and the hygiene standards are consistently high. The breakfast is rich and delicious, making for a great start to the day. Most importantly, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made my stay even more special. I was welcomed with the same level of care each time. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially Mr. Can for his professionalism and kind assistance. This is a hotel I have chosen many times and will continue to choose in the future. I can confidently recommend it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and I was very satisfied with everything, especially the cleanliness, which is my top priority. I was very pleased that this criterion was more than met. Both the reception staff and the person who kindly offered fruit to our room were very polite and attentive. The location is also very central. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay with family here for 5 nights. Cant fault anything as the staff was good and the facilities great especially the inside swimming pool that we enjoyed. Good location an close to transport and metro.

The hotel is located as conveniently as possible, in a few minutes from the metro station and the bus stop of Osmanbei, which allows it to forgive all its shortcomings. Of the pluses, except for convenient location, it is a good cheese Turkish breakfast, where there are omlets, eggs, different greens, fruits and vegetables, lots of varieties of olive and cheese. The hotel is located in an old historical building with wooden windows. The street is parallel to the main but quiet and comfortable, there are lots of local clothing shopping, garment shops. There are grocery stores next to it. Table room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view from the terrace to the city. Staff are kind and friendly people. There is a TV and a refrigerator in the room. They give toothpaste and brush on request. No insects. Good price. From the downsides, the walls require paint, on them traces of shoes, the window is dropped, washing the toilet is badly working. Bedding with traces of lipstick, and other pollutants. The overall condition of the room is dirty, cleaning for 5 nights was made only twice, at request, the towels change at request. They were in April, it was cool, heated from the air conditioner. In general, I recommend to non-candidate tourists who are not going to sit in the hotel, but plans to do business in the city, hotel for night and breakfast - ideal.

The hotel is excellent in terms of service, staff and location, everything in the hotel was wonderful and beautiful, especially the Anil employee, this excellent employee, and the collaborator and elegant in his dealings.

I had a great stay with Jaff Hotels! The room was impeccably clean and with a lot of daylight. The shower pressure and water temperature were great, which isn’t always the case in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located - just steps away from the Osmanbey metro station and Nişantaşı, an area which is great for shopping and eating out. The staff are just the best! I couldn’t be more grateful to them for accommodating my requests and doing their best to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Abdullah!

Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment.
