"This hotel in Istanbul left a very pleasant impression: the beautiful decor, comfort, and excellent service created an atmosphere of coziness and relaxation. The room was clean and comfortable. However, unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred. During room cleaning, the housekeeper threw away a bag containing souvenirs I had bought as gifts. Money was spent on these souvenirs, and their loss caused me distress. What was particularly upsetting is that none of the staff offered any compensation or assistance in resolving this issue. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, but this incident somewhat tarnished the experience. It would be great if, in the future, staff paid more attention to guests' belongings and offered support in similar situations."

"A new hotel, spotless everywhere. They clean meticulously and constantly change towels and linens. The staff are friendly. There's a rooftop terrace with great views. It's located close to public transport and attractions, yet it's quiet at night. If they just added breakfast, it would be absolutely perfect!"

"The staff proactively brought my luggage to my room and introduced it to me. The room, which didn't have a view of the historical building, was quiet and comfortable. I really liked the Mövenpick toiletries; they weren't slippery and the cleaning power was just right. It's also very close to the food street and pedestrian street—just one underground passage away. The convenience is quite good. If you couldn't book a bay view room at the last minute, you can try staying here."

"The hotel is conveniently located: close to the T1 tram, buses, Aksaray metro, and the airport bus. The linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but you won't go hungry: 3 types of cheese, 2 kinds of sausage, omelets, hot dogs, muesli, vegetables, apples, and various cookies. The restaurant staff and cleaning lady were very attentive (a huge plus!). The shampoo/liquid soap provided was very pleasant. Slippers were also available. You can request an iron and ironing board. Cons: The triple room was very narrow with little space. The air conditioner was aimed directly at one of the beds, and opening the window didn't help with the stuffiness. The minibar light was always on, so I had to cover it with a towel at night. The shower ventilation didn't work."

"The room was cleaned daily. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all attractions. There are many restaurants right outside the door (a bit pricey but understandable). The breakfast selection was rich every day, with over a dozen types of cheese – you could go back for rounds! Today's breakfast even had cherries. A special note: if you open the balcony door, the air conditioning automatically turns off. You'll need to turn it back on. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries, slippers, and towels."

"I booked this hotel based on other reviews. After staying at the hotel we were rather disappointed! So I will be honest no detailed. Firstly the state of the bathroom was poor , mould and bloated vanity unit. The toilet seat was broken.Shower area mouldy see pics. An unmarked dispenser of either shower gel or shampoo, cheap and poor. No other toiletries supplied other than cheap commercial soap. There is no kettle or tea/coffee provided in rooms nor is any bottled water supplied. The room was quite musty and aircon output was mediocre. Simply put room was poor but the location was fantastic , 10 mins walk away from the Blue mosque and about 15-18mins to Topkapi palace. Breakfast was hot and miss no eggs or cereal on first day nor was any fruit provided. Breakfast menu is poor and inconsistent, mainly catered around turkish pallette , you'd think they'd cater a bit better considering virtually all guests were foreign. The front desk reception folk were good especially Fatima, whom with we had good banter, and she recommended some places to visit. Overall don't expect much other than a worn bed and shower at this hotel and enjoy the sites all within walking distance. Would I stay here again , NO will look elsewhere. Owner really needs to focus on bringing the standard up and possibly charging more ,which would have meant repeat custom from me, definitely not a three star however that's based on a Turkish scale. Oh and the lift says 4 persons but only three sticklebacks allowed. The roof top terrace is cafeteria, separate, but you feel compelled to purchase as the staff approach you. The location was the only saving grace and all the cute friendly cats roaming around everywhere."

"The hotel is very simple. It is clean and cleaned daily. The employees and the boss are very nice and friendly. The location is neutral, since there is a bus stop right in front of the front door, but you have to walk about 1 km to get to the tram stop. It's good for an overnight stay only, but the rooms are really small. Breakfast was ok but not excessive. View from the roof terrace was nice but no service currently."

"The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. The room wasn't huge, but it was clear the management is very professional; every detail seemed to follow a specific process. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety, and the window view was lovely. If I had to mention any downsides, it would be that the reservation couldn't be changed after booking, and rooms near the restaurant can be a bit noisy in the mornings."

"Almost every staff member was lovely but the manager at the breakfast room somehow had her worst days during my stay. She was stressed, unfriendly, and simply spread some toxic vibe. But all others at reception, SPA and room service were so nice and warm. Room was clean except under the bed. It hasn’t been cleaned in a long time as it seems. Spa is great and was probably the best experience I had. Lounge and breakfast room are spacious and colorful, food and drinks are very good."

"The hotel is located near the University at tram line 1 which is very convenient. It is possible to walk to the to the grand bazar in just 15 min. The street is however quite steep which is not convenient with big bags or mobility issues. The rooms are very clean and the staff is nice and polite. However, the hotel needs renovation as many small things are broken already, such as the support for the shower. The walls are very thin but since the location is very calm is fine to sleep, unless people in the room next to you are nosy. The breakfast is good. There is not too much variaty but the food you do have is fresh."
