The driver's master is lively and cheerful. He also introduced a scenic guide who is good at taking pictures. The price is fair. The next day the scenic tour experience is very good. I was particularly touched to learn that the day of my stay was my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a longevity noodles birthday cake and a small gift to the room. The room facilities are very comprehensive, the window is Xian Nairi, you have to especially praise the speed of hot water supply, hot water in seconds, dare not take a bath on the plateau, hot application is very comfortable. The oxygen supply is very sufficient, and I sleep well at an altitude of 3,700. There is a small road behind the hotel that was developed by the hotel itself, and the angle of seeing Xiannai is better. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered directly with the housekeeper. The amount of dishes is very large, the taste can also be selected, there are Sichuan dishes and there are not spicy. The hotel staff are very simple and sincere, making people feel safe and happy on the plateau. I will definitely choose Pakru again next time I have the opportunity."

"From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

"I have to rave about the hotel lobby's lounge area – it's so thoughtful! There are complimentary snacks like local dried apples and pears on the tables, and free rhodiola rosea tea to help with altitude sickness, plus three other drinks to choose from. The scenic photos of the Yading Nature Reserve displayed nearby really show off its beauty. The TV was playing Yading travel tips, so I could relax, sip tea, and learn about the area at the same time. Big thumbs up! The room was spacious and very quiet, so I slept really well. Breakfast was also satisfying. I never expected to find such a gem of a hotel in the ******* region. Great value for money!"

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. **Attentive Service:** The hotel contacted me 1-2 days in advance to confirm my itinerary, provide details about entering the mountain, assist with bus ticket purchases, and arrange transfers. Their attention to detail was impressive. **Room Upgrade:** The owner kindly upgraded my room. The new room featured a large balcony directly facing the Xianairi snow mountain and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which significantly enhanced the experience. **Delicious Food:** While the food on the first day was a bit salty and oily, adjustments were made from the second day onwards. The hot pot was delicious, and the stir-fries exceeded expectations. **Abundant Breakfast:** The butler would ask for our preferred dining time in advance, offering a selection of congee, rice noodles, butter tea, coffee, various side dishes, and pastries. It was lovely to enjoy breakfast while gazing at the sacred snow mountains. **Excellent Service:** Whether it was the owner, front desk staff, driver, or chef, everyone was eager to answer questions and provide detailed information about the scenic area's weather and sightseeing conditions. My original plan was a short hike on day one and a long hike on day two, but based on the front desk's advice, we did the long hike on the first day due to good weather. After our hike, the hotel thoughtfully provided hot water, foot-soaking basins, and hot ginger tea. **Room Amenities:** The room was equipped with diffused oxygen supply, an oxygen concentrator, underfloor heating, and a humidifier, which effectively helped alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel also offered complimentary hiking poles and umbrellas. **Prime Location:** The snow-capped mountains were visible from the balcony and windows. The hotel is right next to the Daocheng Yading Museum and within walking distance of Yading Village Bus Station No. 2. All necessary amenities are nearby. **Minor Drawbacks:** The temperature was quite cold at night in May, and there was a noticeable temperature difference between the bathroom and the room. Also, the showerhead holder was broken and couldn't fix the showerhead in place. **Summary:** This hotel truly stands out in the core scenic area of Daocheng Yading for its dedicated service and reputation. I chose the wrong time to visit, as May didn't allow me to fully appreciate the breathtaking beauty of Daocheng Yading. I plan to return in October and will definitely choose this hotel again."

"This is a brand under 'Ji Xia Shan'! I can't believe they don't advertise more, that's such a missed opportunity! It completely exceeded my expectations. The room decor was luxurious, especially the toiletries – they provided independent branded mouthwash, lotion, bath bombs, and more! The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly responsible! "First, it's important to note that the Daocheng Yading Scenic Area is a problem for the scenic area, but it also puts the hotel at a disadvantage. Songzan's most significant feature in Daocheng Yading is its car transfer service into and out of the scenic area; no other options are available. This is its uniqueness. The facilities are excellent, the aesthetics are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner are a bit bland, but the quality is excellent. The beef is especially recommended. The main drawback lies in coordination with the scenic area. Songzan guests depart from Yading Village together with other B&B guests, with no special transfer options. Whether paying 300 or 3000 yuan, they receive the same treatment. The same applies to the scenery outside the hotel. This is also a major drawback for this establishment."
