"Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey."

"Patina Osaka faces Osaka Castle directly. It's not in the loudest commercial area, yet it maintains a perfect distance from the city's core. The hotel's design perfectly blends Japanese aesthetics with luxury. Check-in is completed in a dedicated seating area. My main complaint, however, is the breakfast; the selection is truly meager and doesn't match the room rate. I have a habit of collecting room key cards, and this hotel's card is quite special. When I asked a male staff member if I could keep it, I was told no. I worried there might be a miscommunication due to my English, so the next day I specifically asked a local friend to inquire in Japanese, and he was also told it wasn't allowed. When checking out, I, still hopeful, asked a female staff member at the front desk, who appeared to be from Southeast Asia. She gave me a satisfying answer and was very enthusiastic. This little detail isn't a complaint, just a share. Perhaps the young man was an intern and wasn't fully aware. Ultimately, a pleasant outcome is all that matters."

"The location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available."

"I was really torn about which hotel to book for my trip to Osaka, but after staying here for four nights, I realized choosing the Four Seasons was an excellent decision! The environment is great, the staff is friendly, and I loved everything about it. Even our charter driver said it was better than the Waldorf Astoria, haha! The service is truly excellent. "The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious."

"Fantastic location! Right on the Midosuji Line, and across from Daimaru Department Store. Super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It's an older hotel, so the decor is a bit dated, but the service is excellent! This time, the price was amazing, only around 600 (currency not specified, assuming JPY or CNY) on a weekday."

"This buffet restaurant is fantastic! The variety of dishes is impressive, with Western and Japanese options galore, all fresh and deliciously presented. The staff are friendly and attentive, the environment is clean and cozy, and tableware is promptly replaced. The dessert and fruit section is a delightful highlight, with top-notch flavors! Great value for money, perfect for family gatherings or friends’ meetups. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. A direct train from the airport gets you there in 45 minutes, and then it's just a short walk through the Namba Parks shopping street to reach the hotel. Having only been open for two or three years, all the facilities are still quite new. The lobby is incredibly high-ceilinged and has a distinct Thai feel, instantly giving you a relaxing, vacation vibe the moment you step in. We booked two rooms this time. One faced the commercial area and was very quiet. The other faced the railway, so we could hear some train sounds at night, but it wasn't a major issue. The rooms themselves are very bright, well-laid out, and equipped with modern facilities, featuring a clean, contemporary style. There are tons of dining options around the hotel. If you don't want to venture far, exploring the nearby malls or Takashimaya, which is just a 5-minute walk away, is a pleasant experience."

"The hotel location is very convenient, near Rinku premium outlet and Trial supermarket. It is also walkable to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle. It has free shuttle bus to KIX airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and round-trip departures begin in the afternoon to AEON MALL Rinku Sennan. Their onsen has outdoor and 21st floor breakfast view is amazing. Excellent customer service at the front desk too! But they do not provide water bottles for hotel guests and there is no phone in the rooms. We were told by staff if need to call for anything, have to use the phone which is just outside our room near the lift. I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka next time👍"

"No complaints, except for the price. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and with a subway transportation hub right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to get to Kyoto, Universal Studios, or Osaka Castle and Umeda."
