"I chose Four Seasons in Koh Samui without any hesitation. It was a perfect experience. The hotel buggy is always on call and will clean the room day and night to keep it clean and tidy. The scenery of the private swimming pool is also very beautiful, and the hotel gym is also well-equipped. The most satisfying thing is probably the breakfast. There are both a la carte and buffet options. It tastes good and has many styles. The scenery is also very beautiful. It can be said to be one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had."

"This place is absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend a better stay on the island of Koh Samui. The whole facility is spotless (so so clean) you can’t go anywhere without the staff smiling and saying hello. The service is 10\10 the rooms are worth every dollar. You will not be disappointed with your stay here! My partner and I will continue to stay here whenever we have the chance to head back to Koh Samui. (so good we ended up booking another 2 nights)"

"Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future."

"This was the first hotel I stayed at in Koh Samui, out of four in total (this one, Holiday Inn, Conrad, Anantara). This place definitely offered the best value for money. Upon arrival at the front desk, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Thai lady who spoke fluent Chinese, and there was also another Chinese staff member. What really delighted and amused me was a foreign gentleman who spoke perfect Shanghainese; he shared that he grew up in Shanghai. He even treated me to a fantastic Thai dinner – the kind where you could order anything off the menu with absolutely no limits! The entire hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service is exceptional. While the breakfast was a slight letdown, it certainly didn't detract from the overall experience. Even after returning home, I still miss this place dearly."

"Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly the staff. All staff members are welcoming and friendly, but I want to express my appreciation to Paul and Gift. Paul is an amazing Muay Thai coach and helped as a lot and Gift is just amazing. Hotel Manager is awesome too. The room- Nice and big with a fantastic view of the ocean, really nice welcome birthday gifts of cake and wine and they were really yummy. The breakfast- really delicious made to order from a menu and also a buffet spread. Although the made to order is yummy it would be nice if they had daily specials as the menu doesn’t change. The pool and beach are amazing. I enjoyed it , especially the swim up bar. Location- love it. Really central but away from the noise. Everyone must stay here."

"Highly recommend this hotel ! We checked in late and the lady who assisted us was well spoken and professional. The villa is spacious and luxurious, the view is the absolute best. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect , it’s secluded and peaceful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, highly recommend any of the fresh fruit juices. The Thai restaurant is delicious and the spa is fantastic. My husband and are already wanting to come back for our one year anniversary. Everything at the hotel is top notch and exceptional."

There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. "We went on our honeymoon, and everything was fantastic and smooth. From check-in to check-out, the staff at Sala ensured we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with mini macarons, a towelette, and coconut water. The check-in process was exciting, as we could choose our pillow types and room scent. Once we were checked in, the staff prepared a flower bath for us. They also provided an in-house app for easier requests and questions, just a chat away. During our five-day stay, room service would come in around 6 p.m. to check on us, make our bed, and leave us a ”goodnight drink” to help us sleep. They made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a 24-hour shop just a minute away and within walking distance of the central shopping center. The taxi service was easy, and breakfast was nice, with the option for halal meals (no pork or alcohol served)."

"Before departure, I looked for reviews of this hotel online, but there were very few. I found out that there were really few people in the hotel, and I could only meet some guests during breakfast. Fortunately, when I arrived on the first night, the front desk told me that there would be a performance on the beach at 8 o'clock, and I didn't miss it (because there are only performances on Thursday nights every week, and the hotel only has a seafood buffet on Thursday nights. I don't know why it is Thursday, not on weekends). The iron flower performance is very good, and there is no need to go to the W Hotel or the Internet celebrity restaurant. The hotel room is a small villa, and each room can see the sea. It is very convenient to be arranged in the room closest to the front desk. The room looks like a building many years ago, but it is well maintained. I like the feeling of stepping on the wood, and there will be a creaking sound. It looks like a small villa by the sea! The original ecological hotel is accompanied by various small animals. There will be strange sounds outside the room in the middle of the night. The sand on the beach is coarse particles. It is much more convenient to walk with beach shoes. There are no people on the beach. Very quiet! The hotel is in a small alley next to the main road. Walk through the alley, turn left and right, and walk about 10 minutes. There is a supermarket. But I didn't dare to eat in the small restaurant. I ordered food at the hotel or went to the Fisherman's Village. The hotel has its own APP, which will help you install it when you check in. It is very convenient to make reservations for spas, order food, and call a taxi."
