"Mixed Experience - Needs Some Improvements I stayed at this hotel recently for one night (just for a FunRun Activity on the next day) and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points: Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed ) Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade. Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day. Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it. Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived. Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy. Would I stay again? Maybe,"

"I like the room, but I don’t really like the bathroom especially the bathtub. There seems to be some mold or dirt stuck on the mat-like lining, and the shower doesn’t have any labels indicating which is hot or cold. It’s disappointing because this is a 4-star hotel. Even the amenities, like the bottled water, are only 350 ml, which doesn’t feel worth the price we paid for the room. The bathroom really needs improvement because that’s one of the first things guests usually look at. We originally booked a Superior room, but they upgraded us to a Deluxe room. However, I’m still disappointed with that aspect because based on the booking, I actually preferred the Superior room I originally reserved it seemed better than the Deluxe room we were given."

"The staff are very nice and friendly, the room is clean and it's close to the Cebu pier 1 and south bus terminal which was very convenient for taking public transport. It's also very close to eating spots."

"Great stay! The Filipino front desk team is super warm and helpful. The local road conditions are shown in the pictures. The hotel isn't in the central business district（cebu is not big city), but has a lovely neighborhood feel. While downtown Cebu can feel a bit aged and neglected, this community vibe is actually much more relaxing and comfortable The room is well-maintained, making the whole experience very pleasant."

"The space is spacious and clean. The decor and furnishings are somewhat old-fashioned, but well-maintained. Access control is strict. A faucet leaked, but it was quickly replaced after being reported. The sofa wasn't very comfortable. A dining table is provided, which can also be used as a work desk. I think it's very suitable for business trips."

There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu."

"The location was great, near to the malls like Ayala and SM City. Maxim Ride cost 130-140 pesos but taxi even less than that. The room was spacious and clean but the chairs and the bed inside the room wasn’t that clean for me. I’ve seen dark spots and stains. The pillows are not that big. In my room, there’s no remote control for the AC. The bathroom was spacious, they have bathtub. But the only concern for me in the shower is they only have a rain shower, they don’t have a handheld one, could be better if they have. The buffet was great, more Filipino breakfast, food was great too. Just I observed that the plates are very used for long time. Staffs was good. Oops i forgot to take photo of the bed. 😬 But overall it was a good experience. ☺️"

"Very good value for money. 💲 Wasn’t expecting the hotel to be that great considering the amount we paid for. Room is clean, well maintained and spacious. It provided some basic utensils so if you prefer to cook, and save more money, that is possible. Was not able to use the amenities but it looks great based from my view from a top floor. The location just a bit on the interior road so you may have to walk longer."
