"We stayed at the Waterfront for one night to attend the Hillsong concert, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The room was stunning—I fell in love with its charming vintage ambiance. It was impeccably clean, beautifully scented, and wonderfully soundproof. To our delight, we were upgraded from a standard room to a Superior—thank you, Waterfront! The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially the front desk team. Check-in and check-out were effortless, smooth, and welcoming. Breakfasts were a delight, offering a fantastic start to our day. The Wi-Fi was a bit congested, likely due to the concert that evening, but thankfully we had our backup ready—no worries there! A special shoutout to the Christmas tree—it’s absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Overall, a memorable one-night stay, and we can’t wait to return!"

"Ok for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)"

"I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!"

"This is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the trip booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City."

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!"

"The hotel has been around for decades now but is still decently maintained. The hotel is a few minutes away to some business & entertainment districts. The roo & pool m is good. The gym facilities are still working decently. The staff are also friendly & helpful. They were able to assist me & address my concerns."

"We had a great stay at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu. The location on Nivel Hills offered a fantastic view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere away from the traffic. The staff were professional and very accommodating throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Cafe Marco, which had an excellent variety. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and we would definitely return."

"We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff"

"The location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony."
