Pet friendly Hotels in Vienna

"The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment."

"On a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!"

"The hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store.. What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna. The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises.. We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood."

"The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities show clear signs of use but are generally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a dishwasher is very convenient, making it a suitable hotel for long stays."

"The hotel was very nice, with a location near the train station, 5 min. away, it way quiet, there was no problem with the room, check-in, check-out, everything was great. We had a great time."

"True to the Ibis standard worldwide, the rooms here are compact and equipped with all the essentials you need, though keep in mind they do not include a refrigerator or a kettle. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to head into the city center. A short 10-minute walk will take you to the main train station, providing convenient access to various destinations. The station itself features a supermarket and several restaurants that stay open late. You’ll also find plenty of dining options in the immediate area surrounding the hotel. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which is impressive and offers a great variety of choices. However, the best surprise was opening the window to find a stunning view of a Gothic church—absolutely breathtaking!"

"Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse."

"The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The service is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is quite unique. However, the hygiene condition was disappointing. When I checked in, I found some hair on the bed and towels, and the carpet was not very clean either. I even stepped on a relatively large metal fragment on the floor. Another major drawback is that there is almost no proper desk or working space in the room. I had to use the bedside table as a temporary desk, which is quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or researchers who need to work on a laptop."

"Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The location was really great. The only thing we didn't like was the room. We had a room on the fourth floor, and it was extremely small and not particularly nice."

"When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional. On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
