"I guess I understand why there were still rooms available when I booked on the same day. For a 4-star hotel that isn't cheap, the value for money is extremely poor. I'd recommend booking your hotel in advance; you could definitely find a much better place for the same price.
1. The hotel is conveniently located near Spar/Hofer supermarkets, and the subway and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk downstairs. That's a definite plus.
2. The breakfast is very simple and unappetizing. I wouldn't recommend it unless you just want to fill your stomach.
3. I scheduled housekeeping a day in advance, but they didn't clean the room. I was too lazy to complain. The second time I requested cleaning, they did it, but they didn't empty the trash from the nightstand and left a cleaning cloth on the sink, which was quite annoying.
It's a shame, given such a good location."

"Right across from the train station, this hotel is super convenient for train and public transport. If you know Ibis, you know it's clean and practical. The breakfast is quite extensive for a budget hotel; they have a self-service waffle maker which is delicious! The vegetable selection is the standard three options you find in German-speaking countries, and of course, plenty of dairy products and cheese. Oh, and this was the only place on my trip that offered Japanese miso soup and rice for breakfast, haha! Even though I don't have a 'Chinese stomach,' I couldn't resist trying half a bowl—it was just what I needed, nice and warm. I saw Japanese and Korean tourists each having a big bowl, haha."

"I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”.
Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy.
All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries.
Poor pillows, bad matrasses.
To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception."

"It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is available for a fee.
Breakfast was delicious.
The staff were friendly and I had a pleasant stay."

"Receptionist was amazing and was able to check me in early after an overnight train. She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely. Only downside was it was a bit of a trek to the city centre, but it was just round the corner from the tram line. Area felt very safe."

JJimesOne of the worst service experiences I have encountered, and certainly not comparable to the price paid.
First, the receptionist was not friendly. While it is perfectly normal for guests to ask questions, especially during a multi-day stay, there was one receptionist who appeared visibly uncomfortable and impatient when I asked for assistance. This was noticeable through both tone and body language, and it made me hesitant to approach the front desk for further inquiries the following day.
Second, unlike most hotels where housekeeping can be requested simply by placing a cleaning sign on the door, this hotel requires guests to inform the receptionist directly. Unfortunately, this information was never communicated. As a result, despite placing the sign, my room was not cleaned.
Third, I attempted to upgrade to a larger room during my stay, as I had booked for seven nights, but this was not accommodated.
Fourth, when I tried to contact the receptionist via the in-room telephone, it was not functioning.
Fifth, in many hotels, guests are promptly informed if any belongings are left behind, even small items. In this case, no notification was provided at all.
Lastly, the amenities were extremely limited and did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this price range.
But the hotel’s design is quite good and unique, and the location is strategic.

The breakfast buffet was continental, but it was a very nice space and I was very satisfied.
The only disappointing thing is the shower room door.
The handle part is perforated, so the bathroom floor will always get wet.
It was extremely difficult to keep the bath mat and slippers dry.
Still, it is a very wonderful hotel that is guaranteed to be a repeat stay.

CCorotWe went on a trip to Vienna for a weekend and stayed at this hotel. The location is great, we took a Uber to the centre which was 12-15 minutes. Staff is friendly. Everything was hygienic. The shower was great, good water temperature and pressure. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to Vienna.

AangeliBecause I arrived late and had to catch a flight the next morning, I didn't have time to take pictures of the room. It was a room with a big bed + a living room, with a big sofa that can be pulled out. Two people can sleep there. There was a spare quilt and a pillow under the sofa. The room was on a high floor. Looking down was the subway station. There was a supermarket across the building where you could buy fresh bread and coffee. The hotel was in a living area (newly built in recent years). I chose this place because I wanted to meet a friend. It takes half an hour to get to the airport by taxi. It was quite convenient.

GGuest UserI got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use. However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great.

First of all, Trip.com is marked as Samsung, but the actual room facilities are a bit unsatisfactory in all aspects of one-star standards, even taking a bath water is everywhere, because it is separated by curtains. Moreover, the bathroom is the noise of the exhaust fan when the light is turned on. Location, we don't know how others can say that it is close to the Vienna main train station, at least one kilometer away! The most important thing is that the score of Google Maps is also very high, really fascinating, because the room does not even have free water! That is, the front desk attitude is not bad, and the breakfast options are also very limited! Believe me, this score is too high!

温温Good location, large room and distinctive design. Convenient transportation, the only thing is that because of the century-old building, there are nearly half-story steps from the door, there are no barrier-free facilities, it is a bit inconvenient to bring heavy luggage, sometimes the front desk is female, no bellman.
The service was thoughtful, and the guests were uncomfortable. The old gentleman on duty at night enthusiastically chose tea to help care. The breakfast waiter was warm and cheerful and had a good exchange with the guests!
