What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. From the front desk staff patiently explaining how to use the oxygen equipment to the easily accessible oxygen ports right by the bed, every detail showed thoughtful care for guests at high altitudes. Waking up to a golden snow-capped peak right outside the window and being greeted with warm tea upon returning in the evening – the balance between 'embracing the wilderness and ensuring safety' was perfectly struck. "My trip to Mount Everest with my boyfriend was made doubly romantic by this hotel! The lovely owner took us to stargaze in the evening, and there was a bonfire party with lots of young people. The Milky Way was right overhead, and she even took some amazing photos of us. We watched movies together in the room using the projector – the atmosphere was fantastic. Waking up to snow-capped mountains and warming our hands with sweet tea was a truly unique experience. I highly recommend it to couples!"

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. "Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). "The beauty of Huifeng International Hotel this time is beyond imagination! Because I booked a single room (double bed room) online, I felt that the scenery outside the window was not ideal after checking in. I reported the mentality of trying it and communicated with the front desk customer service staff. I didn’t expect the Tibetan lady to solve it immediately without any conditions. Changed a standard room (or I stayed alone), the equipment inside is exactly the same as the single room, oxygen, sofa, electric floor heating, etc. are quite complete and warm, really make people feel at home!
