"This hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!"

"Finding such a professional yet warm hotel in the small town at the foot of Mount Everest was a delightful surprise! The hotel's underfloor heating system transformed the cold highland nights into a cozy spring, and the smart oxygen supply equipment in every room was an absolute lifesaver – just a few minutes of oxygen when I had a headache made a significant difference.
From the front desk staff patiently explaining how to use the oxygen equipment to the easily accessible oxygen ports right by the bed, every detail showed thoughtful care for guests at high altitudes. Waking up to a golden snow-capped peak right outside the window and being greeted with warm tea upon returning in the evening – the balance between 'embracing the wilderness and ensuring safety' was perfectly struck.
Whether you're preparing for a trek or recovering after a climb, this is the ideal sanctuary. The blend of professionalism and genuine care made me feel the most solid and warm support in a place so close to the sky. I highly recommend it to every Everest traveler; it truly is the most reliable 'home' at over 4000 meters above sea level."

"The trip to Everest with my boyfriend, because this hotel is doubling in romance! In the evening, the boss of the young lady took us to see the starry sky, and there was a bonfire party. Many young people, the Milky Way is overhead, and she also helped us take a great photo. Watch a movie with a projector in the room, the atmosphere is super good. Open your eyes in the morning is the snow-capped mountains, sweet tea warms your hands, this experience is unique, and it is strongly recommended to couples!"

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. Even in winter, the breakfast wasn't bad; because there were fewer guests, the hotel offered a reservation system, allowing us to choose our own breakfast and avoid wasting food. Overall, it's excellent value for money, suitable for both business and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The dream residence at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, if there is really a ”safe haven closest to the sky” in the world, it must be this hotel in Everest Town. On the day of arrival, the wind on the plateau brought a clear chill, but the moment I opened the hotel door, the warmth came. The room is a surprise of Tibetan modern integration. The hand-carved bedside and floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the snow-capped mountains. The most amazing thing is the bathroom. There is 24 hours hot water and floor heating! Take a hot bath at a high altitude, and I even feel happier than seeing the Everest Banner Cloud.
Here, 5,200 meters above sea level is no longer a ”life exclusion zone”, but a ”second home” surrounded by soft duvets, 24-hour oxygen supply and smiles. If you ask if it's worth it, I will say: When other tourists inhale oxygen in the tent and get a headache, you can soak in a hot bath to reminisce about the sunset of Mount Everest. This luxury is worth a lifetime of memories. Come back next time, I have to book the same room, thank you boss for upgrading the room type."

"Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.

Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

GGuest UserThe fixed day is the furthest and most biased way of our entire trip. I studied the hotel carefully before I went. This is the only one that has no bad reviews. When I arrived at the hotel, the proprietress took the initiative to help take the large luggage off the pickup. After seeing my mother's face bad, she went upstairs to open oxygen with her luggage. When I went upstairs, I had settled down. Then I helped us to make an appointment for the next day's transportation car. I wanted to watch the sunrise 🌅, but later I found that the elderly and children needed to rest, and helped us make a new appointment. The hotel is very new, very clean, and the bath has enough hot water. Breakfast is similar to most of the Tibetan areas, and the area is limited. Although I regret not seeing Everest, I was still moved by the enthusiasm of the boss's wife. I will definitely choose here when I go to Everest!

Accommodation room: comfortable and intimate, suitable for plateau needs, the room is typical modern and simple style, clean and tidy, spacious, without the slightest sense of clutter. The large-scale viewing window design is great. During the day, you can have a panoramic view of the magnificent mountain view of Everest Town and the wild scenery. At night, you can isolate the noise and tranquility of the outside world. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress is just right. After a day of running, you can relax quickly when you lie down.
Surrounding environment: Surrounded by mountains and scenery, the hotel is located in the Everest Town, Taxi Zongxiang, in the Everest Scenic Area, with an excellent location.
