"This hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. "Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!"

Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!"

"The room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet (🤣 great!). It had an elevator, underfloor heating, oxygen supply, and a humidifier. Breakfast looked ordinary, but the steamed buns were chewy, and the side dishes were tasty; the only downside was the eggs were too hot, haha.
The location is in Everest Town. Just walk 20-30 meters to the right from the entrance, and you can wait for the sightseeing bus on the roadside (tell the owner, and they can help you book it directly).

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. Even in winter, the breakfast wasn't bad; because there were fewer guests, the hotel offered a reservation system, allowing us to choose our own breakfast and avoid wasting food. Overall, it's excellent value for money, suitable for both business and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"[Location] Great! We arrived just after passing the checkpoint. It’s quite a smooth journey to Mount Everest and we don’t have to go to the county town.
[Eating] There is something to eat 100 meters away from the hotel. The dumpling restaurant we ate at was owned by a Northeastern man who made the dumplings with his own bread and the braised carp very authentically.
[Everest Route] Brother Dorji, the hotel owner, answered all questions about the Everest route. After understanding our itinerary, he also put forward his own suggestions, including but not limited to departure time, ticket status, driving route (Tashi Zongxiang) When you arrive at Gangga Town, you should not turn back) etc.
[Others] After giving advice, Brother Duoji also took the initiative to leave his contact information so that we could contact him anytime if we had any questions on the way. It was very considerate."

"A hidden gem hotel at the foot of Mount Everest, a must-stay!
The rooms were clean, tidy, and odor-free. The 24-hour diffused oxygen supply and underfloor heating were incredibly thoughtful, alleviating my altitude sickness and allowing me to sleep soundly.
The front desk staff were extremely welcoming. They arranged for the Everest shuttle bus, which was right outside the door, making it super convenient to get to base camp.
The windows offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were provided. Excellent value for money!
A must-stay when visiting Everest; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

Waking up in the morning to a view of Mount Everest was absolutely magical! The owner is young but very reliable and always willing to help. The sweet tea was delicious and plentiful, and the stargazing experience was unique. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

The staff was warm and thoughtful, treated people kindly, and gave my son small snacks.

The room facilities are a bit old, but in a high-altitude area, the price and service during the National Day are quite satisfactory. I even think the service is better than Lhasa. The room was also very big, and I didn't dare to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I couldn't comment on the bathroom.
