GGuest UserWhen visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

GGuest UserThis is one of the more established hotels in Hengdian, and overall it's pretty good. They even have little robots that deliver room service! The only issue I had during my two-day stay was with the room door lock; it wasn't working very well. One day, it wouldn't even close properly. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saw it and arranged for someone to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. The hotel breakfast, though, was very rich and delicious, and I even saw celebrities coming and going from their makeup sessions. Everything else was really satisfactory!

The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all.
The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserStaying inside the theme park means you have unlimited access free of charge to visit the attractions. The theme park opens to the public at 2pm. As a hotel guest you can walk around the scenic area before the public crowd comes in. However, all shops only opens 2pm as well. It is very quiet after 9pm, you’ll need to take a taxi out to town if you want some nightlife.

MMioLimIt's a good hotel very close to the Mont Bund in Hundian~ I arrived in the evening and moved to the Mont Bund on foot and saw it well.
The hotel is so clean and everything is AI-friendly, so I learned how to use Xiaodu in Xiaohongshu, connected the speaker, and made automatic curtains and temperature control all voiced~
The reception was very friendly and the delivery food was delivered well and the foreign tourists were very attentive ~
I would like to visit again if I go to Hundian next time ^^

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. AAnonymous UserTo be honest, I was mentally prepared when checking accommodations in Hengdian during the National Day holiday. The room was great, exceeding my expectations. It was large and spacious, with a large bay window offering a wide view of the Ming and Qing Palaces. The cleanliness was also good; I was very satisfied. However, there were some unpleasant aspects. When checking in, I wanted to take two extra bottles of water from the front desk, but was told I couldn't and had to finish the water in the room before getting them. The worst part was finding a large, hard foreign object in my breakfast the next day… I hope they improve their food hygiene and don't just say ”sorry.”
