"The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

"The room was very spacious and clean, with Ascott-level service and great value for money. It's close to the Swan Lake business district and Hefei Stadium, so finding food is never an issue. You can even see the In77 cheering from the room! After a concert, if you can't get a taxi, it's an easy walk back to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts in Hefei!"
