"The room is exactly as shown in the picture. It's clean and quiet. There's an elevator in the building, but it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station. The signal is intermittent when entering the building. The Wi-Fi is a bit choppy, like the room has a weak signal. But overall, it's okay. There's a family room nearby. You can walk to the Purple or Red Line (I don't remember exactly 😭)."

"The hotel is very comfortable with a good location not far from public transport. The room was spacious with free drinkible water and ve ry stylish design. Only one bad thing for us ut was breakfast. Almost no options what to choose. By my opinion I can recommend this hotel for couples and solo travelers."

"Transportation: One subway stop from Sakaisuji-bashi and two from Umeda. Take the Sakaisuji Line to Sakaisuji-Honmachi, which is closer than the Midosuji Line's Honmachi Station. Overall Hotel: A Marriott brand, it's youthful and stylish, with a retro, industrial-industrial décor, typical of domestic hotels, rather than the more traditional Japanese style. Maintenance and cleanliness are excellent. Service: The staff are young and diverse, and their English proficiency is generally higher than that of purely Japanese hotels, making communication easy! A special thank you to Ms. Sue. During my stay, I inquired about medical treatment. She patiently asked for details, helped me find and contact the hospital, and even took care of follow-up afterwards. I've been to Japan seven times, and the service this time was exceptional! Thumbs up to her, and to Marriott! 👍"

"I originally booked a W Suite and arrived at 12 PM hoping to secure a high-floor room, but was only given the 8th floor. So, I paid more to upgrade to a Marvelous Suite. Honestly, the hardware facilities are excellent, but! If you want to experience differential treatment, this W is the place to be. First, someone else's laundry was mistakenly delivered to our suite. When I told the front desk, they were dismissive, merely saying someone would come to collect it, without even an apology. Later, while we were out, they left two boxes of Pocky biscuits... truly perfunctory. Then, we went to the Living Room on the third floor for drinks, and the server was practically bowing to Caucasian guests, while being very dismissive towards us. Around 10 PM, I called their 24/7 Whatever/Whenever service for an extra duvet, and they told me they had none left. The next day, I ordered room service through the Bonvoy app, and since I couldn't find the order on the web version, I called again to confirm. They said they'd call me back after checking with room service, but the meal arrived and I never got a call back. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. Also, the suite's minibar is entirely chargeable, and there are no additional services. It really felt like I paid a hefty price just to rent the room itself. I can't really praise the service from a five-star Marriott-branded hotel. This review is a heads-up for anyone considering booking this hotel. Though I doubt W Osaka will care about my review; they're always fully booked and don't lack customers. Oh, and the front desk concierge who spoke Chinese were all from Taiwan."

"The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from Nihonbashi and close to Kuromon Market, which we passed by every day. It's also very convenient if you need to cook. The room is larger than typical hotel rooms, and there's a coin-operated washer and dryer downstairs."

"The location of the place was great. It had its own laundry area and also a larger laundromat 50m away. The gym was small but honestly very impressive with cables, free weights and ample space for 1-2 people. The check in process was pretty straight forward and they had a PDF ready for us to start. The apartment was nice and tidy. We did find some hair on the sink though. Unfortunately, we bought food to cook/ store and we found the freezer did not keep our frozen products frozen and furthermore, the stove had no gas/ wasn’t working. We had to make our eggs in a cup in the microwave. With that being said, we’d 100% recommend this place again for a short stay Osaka. These short comings could easily be fixed and finding another place like this for the price would be rather difficult."

"My top pick in Osaka! The service was exceptional; I didn't have to lift a finger with my luggage from the moment I stepped out of the car. The check-in process was a delightful, seated Japanese-style experience. Hotel staff personally escorted me to my room. This will definitely be my first choice again next time I visit Japan."

"The room is quite small, the shower and toilet are separated into wet and dry areas, and the dressing table is dim due to the lack of a table lamp. Otherwise, it's fine. The suitcase can be unfolded. I will definitely stay here again! The service is great. If you need anything, they will leave it at the door without disturbing you!"
