"I really loved this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the front desk service was excellent. They offered luggage storage, complimentary lemonade, and even egg tarts. As for the facilities, the mini-fridge wasn't very effective, but the shower facilities were fantastic. My only complaint is that the location is a bit out of the way; it's a five-minute walk to the bus stop."

"The location is very centralised, making it extremely convenient to walk to the nearby attractions. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely, and everything else about the room was just about perfect too. Super well upkept, maybe cos it’s relatively new too but the bathroom was very clean with zero mold spots. Water pressure was strong while the wifi and aircon / heater worked well. The only con was that the basin seemed a little choked with the water going down pretty slowly, but it wasn’t a major issue for us."

"We checked in, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great touch that the staff member offered to show us a map of Porto and the key things he would recommend doing in the city. I can’t stress enough just what an excellent location this hotel is in, no public transport is required. All the key sights are within a short walking distance. It is also very walkable from the train station. The room was great, with adequate lighting, a huge TV and some excellent shower products. The bed was relatively firm and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast for the 3 nights. There had been a miscommunication about the price of this, however, the hotel manager was very helpful in rectifying this via email communication after the stay. The young female staff member we engaged with for breakfast each morning was also very friendly, warm yet professional. As IHG Platinum members we decided to try this Hilton property and were not disappointed. It was excellent from start to finish and the prompt reply and rectification from the hotel manager is testament to the care, detail and excellent management of this property. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Benedict Station, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, with classic European decor that I love, and the room even has a small, elegant terrace. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken the first night, and the hotel was fully booked for that day, so we had to spend the night in a room without air conditioning. Luckily, there were other rooms available the next day, and the staff were very helpful in arranging rooms for us; I'm very grateful to them."

"We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation."

"Situated on the edge of a touristy district, but near areas that felt more authentic and lived in by locals. They were very nice at the desk. We were happy the room had a fridge and coffee machine. The design and colors were pleasing and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again with my husband, but opt for a larger room next time. The room was cramped. Coat hooks near the door would have been useful."

"The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It's not far from the train station, but the walk is uphill, which makes it a bit difficult, especially if you're traveling with children or the elderly. In that case, I wouldn't recommend walking. However, you can easily call a Bolt (ride-sharing service) for a reasonable price."

"The room was exceptionally cozy, and the breakfast was special – each person received a separate breakfast in a wooden box. The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the train station, making it easy to get around. When one of my travel companions wasn't feeling well, the handsome receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive, taking excellent care of them. Thumbs up for the hotel service! 👍"

"This is a beautiful apartment that made us not want to leave the room. It is apartment that came with a kitchen, dinner area, living area and a bedroom. You need to download the hotel’s app to be able to access the doors to the hotel and your room. Just select key on the app, bring your phone near the keypad and the door opens. Alternatively , you can also key in the 6-digit and #. 5G access may be inaccessible but you can manually switch it your phone to 4G and you will be able to access the app. There are close by restaurants that was less than 5mins walk; Thai, Chinese, Indian and a local diner that was cheap. There’s portions are big enough for 2. There’s also a provision shop right next door that you can buy your necessities like water, drinks etc. Don’t buy travel adaptors as they don’t work or fit. Easy to get Uber to the hotel and from the hotel to anywhere."
