"The location is very convenient and there are lots of shops nearby like chemist, grocery store and KFC. Only 7 minutes to the north sydney station. The reception is very nice and arrange me to a room where I can the sea. The deposit refund is also very quick. Basically, nothing to complain about this hotel."

"My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was exceptional. The Full Harbour View Room was worth every cent, offering breathtaking, postcard-perfect views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House right from the window. Watching ferries crossing the harbour, and the city lights at night felt magical. The room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the iconic harbour panorama."

"I booked Song Hotel for a one-night stay in Sydney CBD for under $200, so I didn't have high expectations. However, including the breakfast service, it turned out to be an incredibly highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely revisit next time I am in the city. 1. What I Liked (Pros)  Clean Room & Great Amenities: Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the ducted air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and the fridge performance was excellent.  Smart IT Features: I highly appreciated having a dedicated private Wi-Fi network for each room. Also, the TV connected seamlessly with Apple AirPlay mirroring, which was very convenient.  Plumber's Perspective on the Bathroom: Being a licensed plumber myself, I always pay extra attention to bathrooms. The vanity was wide and great for washing up, and even though my room was on the 8th floor, both the water pressure and water quality were absolutely fantastic.  Decent Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast the next morning was quite good and satisfying. 2. What Could Be Improved (Cons)  Shower Sealing Issue: The silicone sealing in the shower area wasn't done properly, causing a significant amount of water to leak out onto the bathroom floor during a shower, which was a bit disappointing.  Poor Soundproofing: The room soundproofing was a bit weak. I could clearly hear children and other guests talking out in the hallway late at night, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep. 3. Summary & Overall Rating Despite the minor sealing and noise issues, this hotel offers incredible value for money considering the price, prime CBD location, and included breakfast. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here during my trip to Sydney and had a great experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the CBD with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions. It made exploring Sydney very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping team did a great job. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. One of the biggest highlights of The Grace Hotel is its central location. I was able to easily visit places such as the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, and other attractions without much hassle. Overall, this is a great hotel for both business and leisure travellers. Excellent service, clean rooms, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sydney."

"The hotel is very new with top-notch facilities and spacious rooms. The service during check-in was just average, but the staff were very friendly during check-out. I hope the service can be more consistent. Also, the hotel windows need a good cleaning; the view outside is beautiful, but the dirty glass really spoils the experience."

"The location is great! You can walk directly from the underground parking garage, across the tracks, to Darling Harbour CBD, and it's super convenient to get to Chinatown. Sydney Fish Market isn't far either. The hotel facilities are just okay, and breakfast is nothing special. There's a Chinese supermarket right across the street, which is incredibly handy for groceries like milk, fruit, and snacks. Make sure to stock up on milk and fruit while you're in Australia!"

"The room was clean and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The view from the scenic room was amazing, and I could see the Darling Harbour lights at night. The central location made getting around very convenient. The only minor drawback was that the standard room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience."
