"Coming to Hengdian with friends to support our idols, choosing Guomao Tower was definitely the right decision! The location is fantastic, not far from any of the film studios, just a ten-minute drive away. This means we didn't have to rush even for early morning support activities. Parking outside the hotel is convenient, and they even have EV charging stations, which was great for us since we drove an electric car.
Check-in was super efficient, and the front desk staff, both guys and girls, were really friendly. When they found out we were there for idol support, they proactively told us about good convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab late-night snacks. The room we booked was spacious and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. After a tiring day running around at the events, we could just collapse into bed and fall asleep immediately.
Breakfast offered a good variety, enough to fill us up before heading out for more support activities. The biggest surprise was how often we'd run into other fans at the hotel. We even occasionally saw staff recommending dishes that cast and crew members enjoyed, which made us feel a step closer to our idols!
The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful, without any pretense, and the value for money was excellent. Next time we come to Hengdian for idol support, we'll definitely stay here again!"

"In short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha."

"This was my first time visiting Hengdian, and choosing this hotel was such a great decision! The room type was amazing – easily accommodating three people, and the space was smartly divided into two areas. I was genuinely surprised to get such a great room at this price point. The bathroom fixtures were all Toto, so the quality was definitely there, and the room even had direct access to a small garden, which was lovely to step out into. The 'Xiaodu' smart control system was super convenient, and the minimalist yet bright strip lighting design throughout the room really showed the care and attention to detail from the hotel. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied and satisfying. Overall, a perfect experience, definitely five stars!"

CCocoxiaolingdangThe hotel is really big. According to them, it has a thousand acres of land and many places to play. We went to the golf course and took the children to the children's playground. There are also electric cars, bicycles, cruise ships, fishing, fruit picking, and many more. The most important thing is that you can bring your cute pets here. You won't be bored if you stay here for two days. It is really a very good resort hotel! !

Environment: Nice environment. From the window, you can see the Qin Palace. The hotel is not far from the Qin Palace, the Qingming Riverside Scene, and Dream Valley.
Service: Attentive and comprehensive, the staff are friendly. There are reminders and mineral water at the elevator entrance on the first floor for guests to enjoy at any time.
Breakfast is also varied, rich, and nutritious.

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.
