From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!"
