"I booked the deluxe sea view room for 799, including breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea. On Saturday, there was an additional 500 charge, but the experience was really disappointing. First, the 'Colorful Summer' event was very lackluster. We arrived at 2 PM and didn't see any clowns. The so-called 'bubble fish parade' was just two staff members carrying fish-shaped bubble machines emitting tiny bubbles and handing out long balloons, with no music or atmosphere whatsoever. Then, the bubble pool was just one bubble machine that stopped after half an hour. It couldn't compare to Sanya at all. Next, let's talk about the afternoon tea. It was a fixed set of sandwiches, small cakes, two fried rolls, and two drinks. Everything was pre-made. When I asked a staff member, they said it was leftovers from breakfast. The nice-looking and delicious cakes displayed prominently required an additional purchase of 38 yuan per slice. If you can't offer quality, then don't offer it at all. This kind of operation is very frustrating. Then there's the seafood buffet dinner, priced at 268 yuan per person, which was included in our package. Once inside, we found there was hardly anything to eat. No roast meats, no lamb chops, no sashimi, no crayfish, and no decent seafood. And everything tasted awful. If you can't afford a good chef, then don't offer a buffet! Is this really worth the price you're charging? The breakfast buffet, available until 10:30 AM, was actually good and worth trying. The kids' club is also very large and has a heated pool, maintained at 26-28 degrees Celsius. However, the East Wing is under renovation, so getting to it from the West Wing involves a long detour outside and then using a different elevator, which is quite inconvenient. Finally, the mosquitoes were terrible. My child was covered in bites all over their face and body. When staying in a sea view room at this hotel, how can you not open the window to enjoy the view? But opening the window lets mosquitoes in, and the electric mosquito repellent was completely useless. The hotel does provide mosquito repellent spray, but it's not placed in the room beforehand; you have to call for it. The cooling balm didn't do much for the bites, and there's a risk of babies ingesting it if they grab it. You also have to return it after use. Additionally, the bar by the sea at night had someone singing, which was quite noisy."

The hotel is right on the beach, so kids can dig in the sand, swim, and catch fish without even leaving the property (be careful of spiny fish 🐟, they can sting!). After the tide goes out, there are lots of small fish, and we even caught an octopus... the kids had a blast! The breakfast selection was also plentiful! "Right along the ocean with ocean views. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast had a good variety. The facility is a bit dated. Hallway curtains were yellow and cigarette smells can be smelt faintly throughout the hotel. Our booking included an afternoon tea set, which was nice; however, you have to claim the coupon every day on your own initiative. They won't just hand you the coupon for every night of stay upfront. I think they're trying to cut costs. Same goes for the tickets to the nearby Scenic Area that requires tickets to enter. This is a great local to view the sunrise; there's even a rooftop platform for viewing."

"The hotel was clean, but it was incredibly crowded. Check-in was slow, and the elevators were constantly full and sluggish, often requiring a two-turn wait. The swimming pool's operating hours weren't posted online, which made it impossible to plan our swim time properly. We ended up not being able to use all the included amenities, and we couldn't get a late check-out either."

"The location is incredibly convenient, near the seaside park and cliffside restaurant, boasting stunning ocean views. The villas are luxuriously designed with spacious rooms. On a rainy day, we were upgraded to a fourth-floor ocean-view room with a vast, unobstructed sea view. The building materials and furniture are of high quality and stylish. The staff were very proactive, helping with umbrellas and luggage, and inquiring about our dinner and travel arrangements. In the evening, we played a game of billiards in the games room and visited the enormous karaoke room. The breakfast the next day was also excellent, a delicious fusion of Chinese and Western flavors. Definitely worth coming back for."

"The room was spacious and bright, exactly like the pictures online. It was exceptionally clean. The location is great, with many delicious food options nearby. In the evenings, there were fireworks by the sea, and the night view was also beautiful. There's a night market street downstairs, but the selection isn't huge. I'd recommend going to Dajiaowan for more food choices; it's a very short drive from the hotel to the night market there. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming."

Great location with a panoramic view of the coastline. Not a regular hotel, but the service was great once you figure out where they are located. Rental scooters all around. The Silk Road Maritime museum was well worth the visit just down the road.

Come and check in 📍 through the holiday, it really didn't disappoint me! First of all, I like the apartment environment here very much. It is highly recommended. The room has no smell. The decoration is simple and stylish. It is my favorite style. Secondly, the front desk lady is super good, the attitude is really very good, there is no impatience! In addition, additional mineral water and disposable toiletries are provided. It really has nothing to say, which makes people feel warm. The boss happened to be free to sit at the front desk that night, and also took the initiative to introduce us to play, travel arrangements, recommended food and local customs, and really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Hailing Island! Finally, the service facilities in the room are very complete. I have stayed so many times. It is the first time I found a disposable towel bath towel set in a room with more than 100 prices, and it is still of good quality. It can be seen that the boss's intentions and pattern. My God, thank you for encountering such a good platform, why didn't you find it earlier, and continue to rush in the future! The sanitary environment of the homestay is already very good. The overall atmosphere is very good. It is suitable for a place where one person is in a daze. I originally planned to stay for one night. If it is comfortable, the original room will continue. It rained heavily when I checked in, and it was sunny the next day. I wanted to continue my stay but there was no room. I can check out. Disadvantages, the service staff is too enthusiastic, not too focused, or extremely indifferent, it doesn't feel like a person, it is online contact with the scene, including check-out is not a person. I was driving from Potou to the event in Zhanjiang. It was 4:10 pm to check in on the spot. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I slept relatively lightly, and then at 6 o'clock in the morning, I was awakened by the sound of a goose downstairs, which continued. Then the tour bus came, and a group of grandparents and uncles were particularly noisy. Can't continue to sleep. The TV remote control in the room is not easy to use. The mirror in the room is dirty and the glass for viewing is relatively low visibility. The mat also has unknown stains. The room is warm, clean, complete with supporting facilities, washing machine refrigerator! The boss is patient and kind, and gives us suggestions for time arrangement! The temperature here is very comfortable. The most important thing is the real sea view room. It takes a few minutes to walk downstairs to the beach. It is really convenient to bring a baby and the elderly! Very recommended to stay!
