"The room itself was quite small; it was hard to move around once we opened two 20-inch suitcases. So, it's best suited for those traveling light or not planning much shopping. If you have a lot of luggage or plan to shop extensively, there might not be enough space in the room. On a side note, I specifically uploaded some videos of the hotel's surroundings, and you can see there are two convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the light rail station, though."

"The room was clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. The wooden cabinets were exquisite, and the faucet and bathroom amenities were all excellent. We booked a twin room for two, offering views of the pool downstairs and the river in the distance. The surrounding area was lively yet the hotel itself was a quiet retreat."

"First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, less than 200 meters from Asahibashi Station. There's an elevator available, and the path from the station to the hotel is completely flat, making it easy to roll luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Four items were particularly outstanding: the Okinawan mixed rice, pasta, cold plate with lemon seaweed, and Okinawan tofu. The pajamas were incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. It's rare to find any odor, let alone that strange disinfectant smell. Many budget hotels I've stayed at in Japan struggle with this, so it's a commendable advantage! The air conditioning in the rooftop communal bath's changing room was set perfectly, very comfortable. Outside the laundry room, there were several lounge seats, convenient for waiting. Downsides: I couldn't find the dehumidifier button in the bathroom, and it didn't automatically activate even when it was damp. The room door felt a bit thin; if you don't wake up early, you'll hear people walking by outside."

"The hotel is located near the Makishi station with 2 convenience store near by. Hotel offer ticket for welcome beer, the Orion band. You can redeem it in the bar near the lobby. Also, it is close to the Kokusai dori and go for food and find other staff there. The staff are nice and helpful too."

However, it's about 2 kilometers to Kokusai Street, which is a bit of a distance to walk, costing around 800 JPY by taxi. The biggest advantage is its proximity to DFS; you can just wake up and go shopping. There's also a mall directly across the street, making dining very convenient. There are two Daiwa Roynet Hotels Premiere nearby, so when taking a taxi, tell the driver it's the one with a 7-Eleven downstairs. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and skincare samples. If you need room cleaning, you must place the cleaning sign on your door before 10 AM; otherwise, cleaning service won't be provided. The bathroom features a three-part design with a bathtub. Overall, the location is good – quiet yet central – and it's very clean and comfortable."

"The advantage is that the rooms are very spacious, but you have to book a more expensive room type. The balcony view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset. Although it's a port, the water features and swimming pools below the commercial building are lit up at night, which actually looks pretty good. There's a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is very handy. The hot spring is nice, they gave us tickets, though the pools aren't particularly large. The downside is that the location is a 15-minute walk from the light rail, but it's close to the beach. Housekeeping is every two days; if you want it daily, you have to pay, but they do provide two days' worth of amenities and water, so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was awful, the quality was subpar, and the restaurant looked two grades below the hotel itself. There are also quite a few tour groups at this hotel because many Japanese people stay here for the hot springs. The front desk staff's English was terrible; I couldn't understand their 'curry accent,' I think they were Nepalese."

"The hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. Given that Accor offers excellent benefits to its members in Japan, elite members are strongly advised to book directly through Accor's own channels."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location. Tomari Port is just a 10-minute walk to the right from the lobby, Miebashi Station is only 5 minutes away, and Kokusai-dori is also within a 10-minute stroll. The interior facilities are very new and modern. I particularly loved the shower, which had fantastic water pressure and felt incredibly comfortable, even featuring three jets for a back massage. For a family of four, the room space was just adequate, though we couldn't fully open our large suitcases. The Yakiniku King next door always had a long queue, but I honestly found its taste to be quite average. Instead, I highly recommend the Wagyu yakiniku restaurant directly across the street from the hotel; its food is much better."
